If you are considering subscribing to this magazine, beware! I paid for a 3 year international print magazine subscription in advance, and have received absolutely nothing for 1.5 years. 4 e-mails and 3 FB messages later, there is no response at all. They will take your payment and then completely ignore you.

This is the website for the cosmetic and beauty magazine-Newbeauty. I actually won a skin cream worth $50 off of the site by visiting it every day and clicking on the Win Beauty Products button. I would not bother signing up for their test tube program though, that is a complete waste of money. I also recently learned that all of the doctors featured on the site are PAID advertisements, so I wouldn't trust them either. But it is fun to win free skin care products and for that reason I would check out this site.

Informed 30min explaination and 60 min treatment before coming.
When reached, first thing they ask you is to make payment first!
After waiting awhile, the consultant come and start to ask you to buy their product and treatment with 0 explaining on the product.
I rejected and ask for the promotion I was offered. She said it's only 15min. This shows it's a total scam from this company and could be the reason why they ask for payment first!
After the 15 min treatment, the consultant did not even come back and said she not free.
Worst service when you do not buy their products.

Beware of their scam tactics! Totally unprofessional. Bad service.

Thanks Brandon for helping me out. I bought some hair styling products (gel, hair spray, etc.), perfume and cologne. These products are really great and in budget. I will be ordering again.

I purchased a subscription to TestTube at the promotional rate of $140 on 11/25/2022. I received notification from my credit card company today that my card was charged for $200.60. I contacted the company to let them know that they did not send notification that my subscription would be auto renewed, as is required in California Business & Professions Code Section ******* (b)(2) which states: "The consumer accepted an automatic renewal offer or continuous service offer with an initial term of one year or longer, that automatically renews unless the consumer cancels the automatic renewal or continuous service. In this case, the notice shall be provided at least 15 days and not more than 45 days before the automatic renewal offer or continuous service offer renews." I called the company to explain this to them and spoke to Joan. I let Joan know that the company was required to send notice prior to the auto renewal under California Law. She acknowledged that the company did not send this notice and said that they were not required to because I "agreed to the terms and conditions." I let her know that their terms and conditions did not supersede California law. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She hung up on me after informing me that there was nothing she could do. The representative I spoke to before Joan stated that the shipment had already been processed. Additionally, Section ******* continues, "In any case in which a business sends any goods, wares, merchandise, or products to a consumer, under a continuous service agreement or automatic renewal of a purchase, without first obtaining the consumer's affirmative consent as described in Section *******, the goods, wares, merchandise, or products shall for all purposes be deemed an unconditional gift to the consumer." In short, they billed illegally, and therefore a refund is due, and any shipment that may have been processed as a result of the illegal billing does not affect the necessity for a full refund.

This company preys on the uninformed consumer.

They offer outstanding beauty products. And I find their prices quite normal, so I recomment everyone to try it.

I am not a fan of this site. I could not find anything attractive here rather than a place for advertisement. I won't recommend it.
