If they have too many items in the inventory and don't know to put them in the closet or whatever, they get locked out of their inventory. When you request help for this or any other issue, the people from the site either are unable to help or don't care. I asked if they could empty all the gift boxes from my child's inventory so it would be cut down to the required number and he could access it and they said no. I asked how to get into it so he could feed the pet etc. and their answer was simply you can't. Very frustrating and upsetting for young kids.

The site is fun for me to play. It's outdated and doesn't really do too much for games or anything.
I don't have a premium because it's really expensive. So I just play the free games and things. Sadly most event things like hanging stockings around Christmas cost money & not everyone has it to spend.
Customer service is pretty bad... they never respond to your ticket or emails. I've had an open case for over a year and they never responded, it was just left open. So yeah there's that.
Netdragon supposedly bought it from Jumpstart so I have high hopes for them. They did however fix the online friends thing. Which is a step up!

My account was stolen, they changed my password, removed all my pets, made new one and emptied my hard-earned gallery items. Then they shamelessly set a 2-Factors Authentication and use the account like it belongs to them.
I wrote to the team for help, but they said they can't remove the 2FA. Funny. A security measure made to lock the account owner out and protects the thief.
I only feel glad that I already closed the bank account I used for buying virtual products on the site. If not who knows what will happen to my money.
My advice is to stay away from such a game that will fail to protect your privacy, and let the skilled hackers get all your hard-earned items and get away with it. While you, the actual owner, gets locked out, and no one can help.

After they added stuff like the mall you knew it was a cash grab. After the site wide password reset. I was locked out of one of my accounts and I could not get it back because I did not have access to the original email address I used in the year 2000 to make the account. Sent in a ticket but I could not prove it was mine since I had not bought any NC items on that accounts. I am out of luck. I miss my pets.All that hard work for 21 years lost!

The team means well, I think - however they are so underresourced that they cut corners in MANY places, including but not limited to site security; protecting users personal data, and fair consideration in support tickets. They routinely banish users from the site without evidence of wrongdoing as part of their "freeze first, answer questions never approach". In fact, their team acknowledges that the sites backend is still open and accessible by anyone with the know-how. Don't spend any of your time or money here, assuming that you value it. They definitely don't.

I started playing at 20 years old and I am still addicted. The staff is now more professionnal, take care of their players and some of my friend were able to get back their old frozen main account with deals. Chatting with people from all around the world with respect.
You will love playing games, dressing pets, paint them, it is easy to trade NC wearables.
For free users it is best having an ad block.
