My request was processed very quickly, and the ID card and certificate arrived in three days, which is incredibly fast! If you're looking for an actual housing letter for your ESA to be approved, this is NOT the company to use. They DO NOT provide you with a letter. They charge you $19 for a REQUEST knowing full well that your landlord requires an actual letter from a licensed therapist/doctor. And they refuse refunds.
