The photo isn't engraved like it is supposed to it is a picture printed on the wallet very faint a the words that we had put on the back is wrapping around the wallet. It is cheaply made an very unhappy with it.

I ordered two wallets as Christmas gifts for my dad and boyfriend. I was so excited to get them but when I did receive them I was incredibly disappointed. They did arrive a day early, but the photo quality and material quality of the wallet are both terrible. The photos are not even "engraved" like it says. I'm not even sure I want to give these as gifts that's how disappointed I am. When I looked on the website it said they don't accept returns unless damaged or defective. Of course the reviews on their website are all 5 star. I wish I would have sourced reviews from other websites as well before purchasing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
My order was shipped and when the post office attempted to deliver it the mailing label was fake and not paid for. So even though I paid $7.99 shipping to the company I had to pay it again to the post office to get my package. Emailing the company and attempting to chat online got me nothing. I want a refund! Not a way to do business!
I used this company for 5 years. For the first 3 years, everything I had ordered was amazing. Great quality. The last 2 years, it had really gone down hill. The photos used to actually be engraved. The last 2 years, they seemed to be printed on the wallet. The photos did not last. Customer service was not helpful when I was disappointed with the products I received. I will not be using this company this year.
They would not get my personalization right no matter how many times we emailed or live chatted I'm very disappointed and have a feeling when I receive the item it will be incorrect

I purchased a woman's wallet with a photo engraved of my husband who I lost the previous year. So it was supposed to be very special. I didn't use it for several months bit a year after I started using the wallet it it started to fall apart. It is splitting everywhere there is a bend. I will be getting another but from a different company that has better quality.

I was happy with company bc I ordered special gifts not knowing what to expect and was nervous- then they got lost in tracking even though I ordered early. Company reached out knowing I was tracking and son couldn't find tracking either, no one knew where they were so they decided to remake them and rush them so I could get as soon as possible- no they weren't in time for Christmas sadly, but lucky bc they rushed them I did receive them in time for their birthdays and the people were still able to get them (not like out of state) I was so happy with how one turned out specifically and even though the other was not as good, I would order again bc it was like one picture good and one ran out of stuff to do job as well not sure-but for me and people I have to it's still the thought that counted! I loved so much plus company said give me a little deal on another order bc of mess up and I told them I would order again bc I will order one for myself for sure maybe two

My first order with this company a year ago went well so I thought I could trust them. I made a new order a month before I had to leave to the airport. I sent a perfectly visible photo but somehow they make my face in the photo very dark and barely visible of any features. They sent a preview photo and sent a response of how bad it looked but apparently they didn't listen because 8 days later I got it in the mail and my face was completely inked out, even worse then the preview photo. What's the point of gifting this to someone of them and a black blob? Anyone working on it would be able to look down and say I should retry because it looks horrible. They only could give half my money back but I was forced to reorder and basically had to draw it out for them. I paid a ridiculous amount for the fastest shipping they had… 11 days later it's still not here and this customer service lady I've been emailing is apparently a robot with no understanding of my situation because I can't get any real help out of her and had to repeat myself multiple times. I showed my friends and family and they too are baffled at my situation. I tried contacting the delivery service but no one will respond. I hate to be that person and I'm not even exaggerating but I'm very upset with this company, I thought I could trust them to do their job.

I ordered 2 different wallets in 2 different orders the first one came for my husband and it was a empty box with nothing in it and then wanted me to paid extra shipping for then to send it when it was there mistake then they giving me a hard time for my refund they only tried refunding the shipping cost not the whole order Then my second order I paid extra for it to be shipped faster which said 3-6 business days then they give arrival time as January 15th 2024 I will never order from these people again...if I could give a zero I differently would...

I ordered an item and had a little problem with it and emailed customer service and they emailed me back right away and fixed the problem for me. The wallet I ordered is a good quality and nice.
I havent recieved the product yet but watch your bank account when you order from here. My order with tax and shipping (plus they charge you $3 without a warning for "VIP Cart Service") came to $40 which was reasonable and that's why I ordered. However my bank account was charged over $60. I have sent an email but have not head back.
