The store appears to be offline. I've ordered a total of three times from ps, com, and have always had good communication with him and received my order within the same week of placing it. The quality of the material received varied, but i was always happy with the results of working with it, and put the variance in quality down to the nature of the plant/time of year for harvesting bark etc. I'm saddened to see some of the complaints regarding service and hope the business name hasn't been assumed by a scammer, or that there another crackdown on ethnobotanicals going on due to the increasing popularity of some of the plants.
In short, "caveat emptor!"

I know a lot of people have trepidation about online businesses, trustworthiness, reutability, etc. but psychedseeds is a genuine, courteous, and more than customer friendly website. The two times I ordered I was always treated with the utmost respect, response time was damn near instantaneous, and I was even given a discount as compensation when the first order took a little longer than expected. Products are extremely high quality. I'll admit I had seen a little bit of the slander about this site before making my purchase, but I'm glad I choose to have some faith and take my chance. Psychedseeds will get you what you need, 100%.

My experience with psychedseeds.com was stellar. They were not accpeting credit cards at my time of purchase. I was hesitant at first but boy was I happy when my package arrived 4 days later. He answered all of my phone calls and relieved any doubts I had. I don't know why people are claiming to have had bad experiences. The product was the best I'd seen in my yeara dealing with these plants. I'm a customer for life! Thanks guys!

They have wonderful costumer service they promptly answered all of my questions and were very helpful. I will be placing my order tomorrow and will post another review regarding appearance of product and delivery time. Like I said amazing costumer service. Keep up the good work!... My package came in the mail yesterday taking a total of 3 days from when it was shipped out. The Product was fresh and appearance was great. Plus the weight was spot on I actually got a little more than I ordered. Great website, great service, great product couldn't be happier

I first emailed them to ask a few questions regarding delivery options and received a fast and friendly reply. So I foolishly went ahead and placed an order and sent payment.

This is where everything goes really bad! After sending payment (over $300) I sent them an email asking for an order confirmation and to forward tracking when it has shipped, no reply from them for three days.

I sent another email asking what was happening then the next day I receive a reply with a tracking number. It has been almost a week since I received that tracking number and all it is telling me is that the shipping label has been printed and nothing more.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! As soon as you send your hard earned money they will rip you off and send you tracking for a package that never gets shipped.

I was worried I was being scammed because I sent them Bitcoin and the owner actually received the Bitcoin but emailed me back and says he does not do business with the Bitcoin company I was using. He said he would have the Bitcoin sent back to me. So, I'm the mean time, I overnighted a money order to him, and he has e mailed me back to ask if my Bitcoin was returned. It wasn't. So I emailed him back and let him know that his money order was on the way. He never emailed me back. So o emailed him again and askred him to be up front with me and just let me know I'm being scammed, so I could use a different, reliable vendor. I was not mean at all and let him know I was bummed out...

The very next day I got an email saying that my order has been shipped with a tracking number that currently is showing the up-to-date location on the status location of my package. It is to arrive this-coming Monday. So we will see.

Also, after I has written him that last email concerning whether or not I was being scammed, the owner emailed me back right away: he was very professional, and the reason I believe (b/c he told me) that people do not receive their packages sometimes is because the seeds and plant material that he is selling is kinda/sorta (technically) illegal, and he has said that he has lost thousands of dollars due to authorities intervening on his business. But for now, he seems super legit and professional, and I hope the product is legit and actually arrives. I will update this post on Tuesday!
