Increasingly abusing their position in the market to subdue competition, rewarding rip-offs while hiding basic functions behind a paywall. It remains uncertain why services like Spotify or Google are publishing lyrics that are either utterly wrong or 1:1 copies from other websites.
I have been on support with them for 6 months and nothing has been fixed. The artwork never loads and now I can't even edit or sync lyrics. I talked with their manager which didn't help. Multiple reviews have had the same issue and alot of distrokid customers are leaving because of this
I understand that many people love to read their lyrics on their streaming platform as well but when it's just garbage that shows up it's actually of no use.
Slow support, messy lyrics by bots and spammers. Wrong translations of wrong lyrics making the all Spotify functions pretty much useless.
