Says most orders ship same day

Says most orders ship same day. They do not update order status. I called the company and was told my order shipped on June 6,2011 and as of June 14,2011 I still do not have it. The organization even tells you they understand the frustration of people not getting their orders fast. Order place June 2,2011.
