They are big cheaters,i ordered a dress from them and i request for standard stitched...but they sent me dress with diffrent fabric and material from the one i saw and i chose...and thier rules isnot refundable...

BAD EXPERIENCE at Mirraw. I ordered 2 kurtas based on the size chart. They sent me smaller sizes. When I contacted the customer support, they asked me for measurements. Made me change my tape measure 3 times because it did not have 8 markings per inch where mine had 16 markings. For crying out aloud, an inch is the same on all tape measures. It's been 3 months and I had sent pictures multiple times showing the measurements on the garments with my new tape, and compared to the size chart for that garment as per my order. They insist that 16.5 in is the same as 19 in for the shoulder measurement on their chart. They keep saying they escalated it but I get the same response. They are crooks and they cannot accept that they made a mistake. Please can you share the CEO number so we can bombard them with how bad their service and quality is.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from [Company Name]. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different color—pure black—and the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs.
I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end?
Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience—buyer beware.
Do not trust MIRRAW. They supply very poor quality materials. I had return two items recently, now struggling to get the refund. Each day I am receiving email from MIRRAW with different stories about my refund. The return post tracking says item delivered. However MIRRAW create stories each day delaying the refund. Return postage we have to pay from our own pocket which MIRRAW will not refund. So please do not engage MIRRAW. It is waste of money and time.

I recently bought a saree, but it was of poor quality and not worth the price. After purchasing it, we found several sites selling the same design and saree at a much lower price. Additionally, they messed up the delivery. After communicating with both the seller and the courier service, we were informed by the courier service that due to a technical issue, the package was sent back to the shipper. Upon my request, they resent it through DHL, which I received in a few days. Based on this experience, I don't think I will buy from this site again.
I received the product but totally different product. Even blind people can figure out this is not the same product with the same quality. Might be similar in structure. There is no way I am satisfied, I paid big dollar for this and I am not gone get it wasted. I am gonna complain every where and give negative reviews unless they send me the same origin
I ordered a 3 piece suit from Mirraw and the kurta top that I received was a fraud. The neckline did not match the picture they had on their website, the pants was short. The status of my order did not change to "delivered" for the longest time, so I could not put up a returns. When I contacted Mirraw, they kept advising me to check after 48 hours. This went on for almost a week. After which, Mirraw refused to acknowledge that the outfit I received was a horrible copy of the outfit they had on their website. This site is NOT RECOMMENDED.
Please don't buy from this company. They deliver damaged goods and bad quality due to that they have 7 day return policy. Very bad customer service. I will never ever recommend them again.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
