During this Covid-19 crisis I was looking for a company that could do taxes completely remotely. Millennia was great. We handled everything by phone (10%) and email (90%). They we friendly, prompt and professional. Got my taxes done in a little more than a week which was fantastic!
I have worked with a number of Tax Firms for yearly tax prep and tax issues I have had in the past. From all of them I find Millennia was the easiest to work with. They were organized from the get go, stayed on top of me to meet deadlines and bottom line... Got the job done! Thanks for being my secret weapon Millennia!
I was running out of time to file my 2021 taxes and a friend told me about how Millennia Tax helped with her taxes... and they did them fast. Boom! Just what I needed. When you have over $50K in tax debt you need tax professionals to help you but it is hard to find a company that will work for you for anything reasonable. It was still a lot of money with Millennia but they were very professional and willing to work out a pay plan with me. Anytime I can save 60%+ off my tax debt I call that a win! They fired 14 of us in one day... $#*!ing lame as $#*! and i got 2 kids. What a bunch of $#*!. I doubt any of them use their real names. Out of 20 people they got rid of 14 of us in one day and kept the newbies... of course they kept the black gold brick takeen... yeah. All he does is play on the tik tok facebook all day. Millennia tax relief is typical california scrubbers. They utilize irs tax law to fool their employees into working for them. They use ertc help desk motto and hand out cash to get deals in. Problem is as all call centers method of operation is nice at first then they tighten the dog collar daily. Employees are fooled by cash prizes to answer 150 calls per day and pull in deals. El paso texas... wow. I worked there for 2 weeks and out. Shithole building... no bathroom that work or are nasty and covered in germs. It's a truck depot. Employees freeze to death in the early morning... it's awful. The building is disgusting and all they care about is bottom line... $$$. California comes out here to texas to milk cash out of the state. Not satisfied in california delusions they blow smoke up your ass about how much money you make. 16 per is a joke. No commission and they pull in hundreds of thousands of dollars on a deal with 8 to 10 w2 on payroll. El paso is a nut house they way it's run. Sexist and pro libtard. They do not care about thier employees... the dog collar gets tighter around the neck daily as all marketing call centers do. They also do not care about DO NOT CALL laws and regulations per state. Ignorance and arrogance rolled into desperation. Be glad you have a job at millennia it could be worse you could be at a construction job getting steel dropped on your head... they prey upon the current job and economic desperation. They need to go back to califorina with that shit, this is texas, cali cock suckers.
Scammers with NO respect for your privacy. Violation WA state law (RCW 19.158.050) and the National Do Not Call List. Read the complaints on the BBB website. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They won't answer simple questions about their business that any legitimate business would answer cheerfully. SCAMMERS!

Look at BBB, you'll see they take your money make excuses and get nothing done and when you ask for your money back they come up with BS on what they did. Total rip off and lie to cover there $#*! for doing nothing, they have been reported to California AG and they have more than 1 complaint, that BBB review is not honest to what they do, most likely they made their own reviews to bump up the rating
Looking at your case with us I do find many discrepancies when compared with your comments.
1) Looking at your case I see that you contracted us to do a Tax Investigation back on 6/11/19. We completed that investigation on 6/20. We did another subsequent investigation in Dec of 2019. You were charged $500 for that investigation and that was paid. The results were communicated to you.
2) It looks like we talked to you and sent you a Resolution Agreement to sign in May 2020, so we could continue beyond the investigation phase to help resolve your tax issues. That agreement was never signed. Please note that that agreement was only for an additional $100 in fees. Without that agreement we have never been contracted to resolve your tax issues, only investigate them and come up with a game plan. The resolution agreement would have been you agreeing to our execution of that plan. You were never changed the additional $100 since we did not have authorization.
3) I see numerous communications to you requesting documents and information. We did receive some information from you initially, but many of the later requests received absolutely no response back from you. The case was finally closed because of your refusal to submit required paperwork.
As stated in a previous communication if you have a signed resolution agreement, which you would definitely have if you signed on for resolution services, we will immediately refund the funds paid to Millennia. As you state above that we make excuses... what is your excuse for not turning in the requested document so we can issue you a refund?
