Do not spend your hard earned dollars on these wax melts. No scent and they do not melt well. I trusted this company and feel totally ripped off. I will never try any of your products. If it was a choice I would give ZERO stars.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. They had problems with their computers and the order didn't ship from their warehouse until 6 days after I ordered them. They never contacted me to inform me. I had to call them to let them know I never received a confirmation of shipping and that's how I learned they hadn't shipped. The girl in customer service didn't care about my dilemma because the gifts are scheduled to arrive after my grand babies have left to go back home 6 states away! I've reordered from Amazon so they'll be here in time but now I have the money out of my account twice!

I love the Christian items in this store. However personnel needs to be more aware of frequent customers and able to correctly exchange merchandise. I was in the Lynchburg Virginia store 3 days in a row and shop there at least once a week. No one seems to remember me. I worked in banking for over 40 years and one thing we were told to do was treat the customers well. I do not expect anyone to remember my name however a face yes. Need additional training. Hope and pray store do not close down like Lifeway did.

With all due respect to your great company, your product is not well made. I purchased the Fantasy Fort Blocks for my Grandson for Christmas and the first time I put them together for use, they fell apart.
When I tried to return them, your company would not stand behind your product, and stated I would have to pay for the return shipping. As you know this is a large box, so the shipping cost back to your company is over $20 - you should pay this when your product is not usable. For that reason, I would not recommend purchasing items from this company. Sorry.

I ordered some tees for my husband for Fathers day. To ensure we would recieve them on time, we paid and additional $20 for 2 day shipping. Now, they are telling me that it only applies to orders placed before 12pm (not stated ANYWHERE on their site or in the order process) so here we are expecting their arrival 5 Days later. They were not compassionate, or even aplolgetic for this issue. Dishonest, misleading and typical. Will never shop this "Christian" company again.

Quality is poor. Four out of twelve eggs do not close. Too much money for junk products. I would suggest you give them away too much money. For the item

I love this store. Prices are reasonable and I love the school/teacher supplies. Staff is super friendly!
