First off- yes we got a good deal on the casket and we were advised to double check the measurements as my pops was a big man. That being said each time we called ALL of the folks who answered the phone had an attitude. Even after the first call they REPEATEDLY called us back. The last straw was when we paid for overnight shipping and the casket had not arrived we had to follow up- no apology, no refund... but of course they know they have you because of the prices... sad to take advantage... curtesy costs nothing, particularly when folks are grieving.

I have never been so appalled at a business. I called to speak with someone about prearranging the purchase of a casket in order to same my family some hassle. Instead of listening and answering my questions, he said "I don't have a half and hour to listen to your story." I then asked him about rearrangements, and he said "what online company do you know that will be around in 10 years from now." Let me tell you, with that kind of attitude, NOT YOU! I am a retired veteran, and this guy is worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR FAMILY, OR ANYTHING. A funeral is rough enough to deal with without having and UNCARING, WORTHLESS OWNER OR REPRESENTATIVE TO DEAL WITH. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CLOSE HIS BUSINESS DOWN!
