This website is a scam.

They provide you with fake tracking numbers. Once you reach out to customer support they tell you there is nothing they can do and to contact the shipper. I contact shipper and they say reach out to merchant because item is lost. Lookah failed to provide me the good that I paid for even after they saw that the package has been lost. Please do not waste your time on the company. Save yourself the misery.

LOOKAH's after-sales service is still very good. I bought a big bongs last time because the transportation was broken, and they directly re-mailed one to me.
