I bought a brand kit a week ago that included a website and I bought a domain. Upto today I can't access it. It keeps on saying the site can not be reached. I tried questing help from then with no respond to my message. I do not advise anyone to buy anything with them unless you have money to spend for nothing.

Not at all worth it. I loved their web interface and quickly spent $95 buying the logos and brand kit and another $55 to purchase business cards. Today I did a google search of the logo and found 3 websites using an exact match.

Customer support was not at all helpful. They just said the AI bot uses real-world data to generate logos and the chances of the exact match are very small.

I wouldn't call it very small if my first logo matches 3 websites. Their bot right now is just copying other websites' logos and putting them on random backgrounds so be very careful of plagiarism claims if you are building a brand image with logos created from this site.

I purchased a one time logo from Zazzle and this company showed up repeatedly on my bank statements. After contacting them, they stated that I had somehow entered into an agreement for annual billing to maintain this logo. I had never heard of the company nor did I sign anything. They have committed fraud and stolen my money. BEWARE! Take your business elsewhere and do not use this unethical company.

I found Looka difficult to use and the assistance, not very helpful. Also, they charge me again this year without my permission, so watch the Fine print on resign. I haven't used them for 12 months and they don't send an invoice just charge your credit card. Not very ethical in my view..

My account never reflected my purchase and I wasn't able to open anything to use the kit I bought.
I told the same story to 5 different people only to be sent a link to fix the problem myself.
The link doesn't work and finally I was told I'd be reimbursed only to charge me a second time!

This tool is a fantastic resource for creating logos. Simply choose an industry and provide a few ideas of what kind of business you need a logo for and Looka does the rest.

This custom logo maker is easy to use and very well designed. I love the way it displays an endless list of logo designs... Eventually you'll find one you like and then you can continue to customize the logo style, colors and more.

This is my favorite custom logo maker. I use it regularly to create business logos for sample websites I create. Great tool!

I started creating a logo and could not find some very basic features that I needed to finish. I thought it was worth a try to see if some of them existed behind a paywall so I bit and paid for the service only to find out they LOCK most everything once you finish payment. I can't even update the text on the logo
Good luck trying to get Kiah the head of their customer "service" to assist. They are clearly not in it for long-term clients and only for the quick $$$.
I attempted to dispute with my credit card to get my $100 back and Looka submitted some fraudulent information to get my credit card company to return the charge to me for receiving NOTHING.
Do not use this service, if you can avoid it. Maybe try Canva instead?

Paid for a logo package over $100 got nothing no file no download no receipt absolutely nothing but logged out of my account and no purchase in my account (red flag) Looka took the money out of my bank when purchased logo package online and I got absolutely nothing! Was excited and ended up pissed off and very Disappointed! "DO NOT" trust this company SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I do not recommend there service at all! If there was a no star option that would definitely be my choice

Looka advertises as an "100% Free Online Logo Maker". Yet you CANNOT actually access or use the logos you make, unless you sign up for a monthly, paid subscription.

This is one of the most egregious false advertising cases I've seen in a long time.

It's like giving away an "100% Free Stove", yet you aren't allowed to eat the food you cook on it.

Shameful!

Surprisingly, when searching for a new and better logo company to work with, Looka pops up but they are not new, they are LogoJoy, yikes! This company is terrible, bad customer service, don't appear to know what they are doing, small low quality logo files and I didn't get a single high quality logo I can even use in a large size. All the logos I have are fuzzy and grainy. And, I have yet to find a logo file that has a transparent background which was suppose to be part of the package. My money and time was wasted. Warning, LogoJoy has now changed their name to Looka, LOL. Wonder why? You've been warned. I hate to get scammed and I hate for others to be scammed as well.
