After not being happy with the logos sent over (which I paid $500 for) the owner started threatening me when I asked for a refund. Here is an excerpt:
"There - now I have a picture of you. Now I understand. You are indeed a little boy! You have little man's syndrome! Little boy!
I'm 6' 2" - 210. Not sure how that is considered short. Fully ripped and ready to beat a little nub like you. :)"
Sucks very unprofessional, overcharged for something I could of made using microsoft word. These guys don't know how to use photoshop, I asked for a very simple design and this company put no effort into my logo. Paid $300 dollars for a lousy version because through revision these guys could never get it right. I should of went with the local $85 dollar college student who should me more options in 10 minutes than this company did in a week. Logodog is a joke.
Trust me, you do NOT want to do business with LogoDog. Our experience with them was horrible. We provided tons of information about our company, what we do, what sort of message our logo should convey, and the type of logo style we were looking for. We got back a logo that was just our company name and a generic swoosh next to it. I've seen better clip art from Microsoft than the logo we got from LogoDog. They put absolutely zero effort into the design.
When we asked for a refund, which we should have been eligible for based on the terms of their published refund policy, they denied the refund and claimed we'd "requested revisions". The problem with that was we hadn't actually requested that they do any revisions. We had only asked how much extra it would cost if we wanted them to do revisions. Apparently, asking them about pricing also qualifies as "doing revisions". It's ridiculous.
Stay away from this company. There are much better designers out there. You'd be hard pressed to find a designer as bad as LogoDog.
Poor quality work and terrible service. Work did not match quality of logos shown on website.
