Title says enough, wouldn't buy anything from these people unless you want to to spend a lot more money on Subscription for their products to work.
I buy kia flip refurbished but it in pretty bad condition. Its scrap i cant sell to customer. Its not cheap key to sell in that condition
The key fob description said it would work for my make, model and year of car, so I ordered it. When the fob arrived, the computer chip inside was backwards (the contacts for the buttons were facing the back of the fob), so I turned it around and it seemed to be okay. My locksmith was not able to program it for my car. When I contacted Locksmith Keyless, explained the situation and condition of the fob, they said I could not return it because it was not the correct part number for my vehicle and locks up after programming has been attempted. I would not recommend using this company for key fobs, just go to your dealer.
I bought this after the reviews and descriptions say it works with the TopScan Pro. What nobody tells you is that you need a NASTF certification to be able to unlock the Security Gateway. So this thing is worthless to me now.
I bought the keys because I needed the specific chip which it said it had. However the key was still unable to be programmed to the ecu because the chip wasn't correct. Really disappointed.

I purchased this item based on the advertised functionality, but it failed to deliver on even the basic claims. I reached out to the company just days after receiving it, expecting a straightforward return. Instead, I was met with an intentionally complicated RMA process and excessive restocking fees clearly designed to discourage returns. Their policy borders on predatory. I refuse to accept such terms, it's actually cheaper and less frustrating to sell the item on eBay at a loss. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller.
This company does not explain to you what type of keys they mailed to you. They don't have serial numbers on them they aftermarket so they saythey charge you $10 to send it back and they take 30% of the money that you spent for the key when you order a keythat is not what you ordered. They send you whatever they wanna send you they don't send you what you asked for And then they make you pay for the return and charge restocking fee and charge you for it when that's not the key that you ordered. They do not explain what type of key did you order? What type of key is going to be sent to you and they don't explain to if it's the wrong key you have to pay for a restocking fee if it doesn't work for your car and it took them a month tosend me my money back a month and a halfand I had to call him to get them to send me my money back and then they don't act like they don't know who you are the order number they wrap it down. They lost the order number. They don't have an order number. I am not happy with the order. It was not what I ordered. This is not the keys in the advertisement. I want to return them and refunded back to my card
I took the rubber insert from my new keys and placed in my existing key-fob. Worsk great and I have original key that did not need to be replaced.
Stay far away from this company. They return process is ridiculous. They sent me an Audi fob that was locked and could not be programmed I sent it back to them and we are now going on 2 months without a refund for a $50 fob. Probably spent over two grand with them the previous year. They simply don't care about their customers. Once they sell you an item it's basically yours whether it works or not. When you run an automotive locksmith business you need a reliable vendor unfortunately they don't make the list. Profits over customers seems to be their model. I guess they follow the same model as insurance companies delay, delay, delay and don't pay. It's really their loss though because I spent thousands of dollars a year ordering keys. I'd rather pay a few dollars more and deal with a reputable vendor.
Great service orders come pretty fast. I recommend them to other people. Real trustworthy you can count on them. Items will be here fast.
When I received my package, I didn't realized I was getting a whole complete set to replace the whole lock. It was great, i asked myself " am I getting all this for what I paid;? There was just a few difference on the door handle but i made some drilling and modification and it came out great.
Ordered a scan tool and paid extra for next day air. This was a Thursday. Called Friday with no updates. Called again Monday and was told it had been ordered and shipped but the vendor hasn't provided shipping. Checked in again Tuesday with the same answer, ordered and shipped and after finally getting a manager found out it hasn't been ordered nor shipped. It was finally shipped via ground that day.
Worst company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have an Autel scan tool. I needed an update. I put the part number in from the Autel site. I paid for it. They emailed and said to give them my serial number from my unit to verify the code will be compatible with my unit. I snapped the picture within an hour. They said the code would be emailed within 48 hours. Six days later the code came. It did not work. I called the company and nobody answered. I emailed also. No answer. After several hours with no response I called Autel. They said the code is not for my unit. I called the company back and finally got an answer. They said I purchased the wrong code and I would have to wait until they could sell the code I purchased to get a refund. I said this was not fair because they should have verified with my serial number. They refused to refund my money. I had to go through my credit card company to do a dispute. I should not have to wait indefinitely to get my money back while they try to sell it if it is their fault.
Do not order for this pathetic company will take money not ship items then refuse to give a refund. I've been going back and forth for months with no resolution even remotely close.
I purchased an OBD store machine for $1,400 because they claimed that it would perform specific tasks the machine did not perform those tasks at all I sent it back I verified receipt of the product and it's been several weeks now and I still have not received a refund but I've received a couple different receipts claiming the refund $300 less than what I paid
Purchase from site with shipping is 85% less than dealership prices. Assuming it works as OEM part key fob will be great deal. In either case, will still have to pay to have it synced to car. The part is not exactly as pictured on the site as the unlock icon is different.
How do i give -1 star? Locksmith Keyless helped me order the wrong item and proceeded to make me pay for both ways shipping... credit card company would not (once again) back me up at all!
Took my $2500 plus $900 next day shipping and still waiting 5 days later. Don't buy anything from this outfit. They are professional at getting your order and money but do nothing after that than put me on hold. No supervisor, no answers, no good company. I paid an extra $900 for FedEx next day shipping and have not received my commercial door locking hardware. Now, I have a building with new doors installed I cannot lock. A total scam, no refunds offered, just words it's on the way. After I do another 10 bad reviews on these crooks today, I'll sue the from California. Don't mess with these people.
"I had a terrible experience with Yari, the customer service manager. He was extremely arrogant and made it difficult for me to exchange or return an item with a manufacturer defect. Despite having to pay for the return shipping, he asked me to contact the manufacturer directly and then requested that I provide him with their phone number. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I believe that the management of this business should be ashamed."
