I ordered these not expecting too much because they were very inexpensive. And I didn't use a base coat and didn't apply them quite perfectly and the wraps shrank a little. I reached out to them for some trouble shooting advice. Not only did they give me some great tips to prevent this from happening again, they also refunded my money for that set and sent me a code to get a replacement set! The choices are beautiful, the customer service is out of this world and the prices are amazing. I am very happy with this company! (Also after looking into it some, all of the brand have this issue with them shrinking a little sometimes even the 10 or 20 dollar sets!). I used them on very short nails to help strengthen them so they'll grow and they weren't difficult to use even with my nails shorter than my finger tips! They are definitely worth trying. Just use a base coat!
