Do not spend your money here! The drops do not work, it is a scam. After a year I've yet to see any change. Three times per day, every day, and no change, other than perpetually dry eyes. I have a doctor's appointment to check is they have caused lasting damage.
Even though I bought drops with a money back guarantee the company is not going to refund anything. They claim I must send "proof" by mail, somehow, it's impossible to do this by email (?) and they will "send me a cheque". Any questions regarding this process are ignored and they stopped replying to my messages.
See other reviews trustpilot, the "cheque" never arrives. It's a scam and a hoax, don't trust your vision to a company that can't be bothered to even reply to its customers.

Good, quick results - sometimes delivery is slow though. This has really only started since COVID though. So it isn't really their fault I suppose.
But I had to wait over a week last month. Which i find frustrating.
Customer services always replies quick however.

These simply don't work. Don't waste your money.

I bought 6 bottles of the Ultra Drop at a cost of $1214 and used for 7 months with absolutely zero results. I had brown eyes when I started and I still have brown eyes now.

The company itself is very sketchy, they claim to be an international firm based in London with many employees, but as far as I can tell there's one person called Jan Freeman operating out of some anonymous state in the USA.

They offer a guarantee, but good luck trying to get hold of Jan once the time period has elapsed. Before any purchase is made their responses are instant, but as soon as you experience a problem they're nowhere to be seen.

An expensive lesson for me and I hope anyone reading this genuine review (I have an order number and sales receipt) will save their hard earned money and not be duped like I was.

I've given Jan plenty of opportunity to reach a resolution but have been largely ignored, I had to do a chargeback on my credit card in the end because their "money back guarantee" is a sham.

Very impressed with the results of the products and happy with the customer service provided.they are always quick to respond to anything i ask.

Really wish it was quucker, as it is quiet a commitment and an expense. But that being said, in the end, i am ultimately happy with results… i just wish it was a less frustrating process.

Good products. Little slow to work, but are good overall. Have been really rimpressed with their attentive replies to my emails. Delivery has been slow though)

Absolutely worst experience I've had with a company ever.
Drops don't work, and when you ask for a refund they stop answering emails.
Stay clear!

Stay away! As many others have pointed out, the eyedrops don't work. Try iCOLOUR, at least that mistake is less expensive.
