The customer service team was great! They promptly responded to questions. The measurement directions were very precise. The pants are an absolutely perfect fit! The pants are tight in all the right places without feeling any restrictions. They fit like a glove! I'm already ordering other products from them. Great quality... wear well... i order again not out of need... you guys make good stuff... all of my purchases are still in working order (ok the buttons need a bit of seeing to every now and again, but i get that, those machines are useless)... you make great jackets... i hope you pay your staff well... being a production line employee myself... your staff produce top quality stuff, i hope you show your appreciation... not to me... i got the top quality stuff... to them, they do the work! Spent a lot of time feeling anxious about the sizing as well as the leather texture, but I was pleasantly surprised! Although the sleeves are a bit too long for me, it fits me perfectly everywhere else! The leather is so comfortable, and it isn't too heavy or too warm!
Ordered a specific style of jacket. The sizing was exactly as I requested. The color and quality of the leather was lovely and the craftmanship was great! Jacket arrived in 2 to 3 weeks as specified. Well wrapped and presented.
I ordered the Negan replica leather jacket and it arrived quickly and is of excellent quality. I was a little cautious as it was my first order and from an unknown site, however, I am happy that I placed the order. The jacket was made to specific measurements and is the closest to screen accurate that I have owned so far. I had three replicas before this and the leather jacket from this site is easily the best, even arriving in a high quality parcel.
I will be using them again in the future.

Excellent value for money with suede and thick goat skin been good quality with solid workmanship. Getting customisation outside the parameters involves putting this in the comments, paying the standard cost then been invoiced for the difference. Hope this works!
Two jackets know and delighted with quality of construction and leathers though have selected suede and thick goat skin rather than the standard leather. This time going for the washed and waxed thick goat skin.

I ordered a leather jacket from a rival firm and it smelt terrible and felt like plastic. By contrast both jackets immediately felt and smelt as leather should.
Only criticism is the brass ware on one jacket had loops bit big so could not fasten without loosing. Nothing wrong with the metal quality just too loose. Needed to stitch the straps in place.
The Electric Dream jacket was very true to the pictures which is great but been a trench coat pity the straps used to close off the cuff were not included though the loops existed. A case of the original jacket in the TV series had them removed so fair enough they were missed.
I followed the instructions and took all my measurements and received a custom-tailored pants that fit perfectly. I was disappointed that the zipper color did not match the photo in terms of the pants were shown with silver zippers and the pants I received had like an antique brass color. The pants were Electric Zipper Mono which have zippers added as accents to the pants which means they are not nearly as visible kind of changing the whole vibe, it isn't like I'm talking about a hidden zipper.
The entire process was quick and easy. After viewing it online, placing the order and receiving it in a timely manner, the item was impeccable and exquisitely tailored for my body type. Thank you.
My wife and friend were ordering my Christmas gift but backed out because of size uncertainty. The girl had entered her credit card ( she has no PayPal) and doesn't believe the sale went through. Low and behold, the jacket was delivered and charged with her credit card to a PayPal account she didn't have.
The company was very nice while basically saying too bad… you own it and we're not taking it back. Very poor response and no way to make/keep a customer. Now I'm stuck with a jacket I can't wear due to a tech issue and no company offer for reconciliation. They also appear to have ignored my last e-mail.
Actually a nice looking jacket but if no use to me.
Two stars only because of the jacket's appearance.
