The dress arrived in good time, as promised. It is well-made and gorgeous. However, while I sent my measurements for a custom-made size, it was too big. I must have it altered, spending twice as much on alterations as I did on the dress.
I purchased a dress that only had one picture (from the front)online. It was similar, but appeared even better than another (from different company) I had tried on. When I received the dress it was well made & the front was as expected, but the back of the dress was completely plain satin, no embellishments, design, or interest. Very disappointed. And don't plan on being able to return anything.
I would like to place a custom order. Obviously measurements are very important and your "how to take measurements" info is not adequate. I emailed you some very specific questions and so far you have failed to answer them. I HOPE TO GET A better response tomorrow.
I ordered a very nice dress and expected it to be delivered in about a week. I then received notice that the order was in tailoring which meant that it was being made. I did not expect them to make it I thought it was available for shipment like all other dresses. I received the dress almost one month after I ordered it which was too late for my needs. Now it is near to impossible to return it. Dress was not to the quality I expected.
Dress arrived and fit WHILE STANDING. No room to sit. The dress is beautiful. I had to take it to my local seamstress to have the lining and skirt part of the dress let out to allow extra room to sit. Advise, double check the style of the dress. Sit down and measure yourself in the seated position and offer that as additional information so they can take that into account when altering.
Since I am tall (5'10"), I bordered my dress with custom measurements, and I was very pleased with the fit and craftsmanship of the dress. I will need to get it shortened (very unusual for me), but that is because I chose a lower heel than planned. When I ordered, I was given an estimated ETA, and they kept me informed of the progress.
I received my dress through mail last week, I tried it on and fits me too big. I just sent an email to customer service, and now I have to wait for approval. I won't give any feedback right now until we solve this situation, I think Laveliya needs to understand that even when you go physically to the store and try a dress with the right size don't fit you! I'm celebrating my 50 years wedding anniversary, please don't ruin it, I hope you guys can get back to me ASAP THANK YOU!
I received this dress with an ink mark on the chest. Laveliya would not take it back for a full refund only offered 15% back or a gift card. They do not have a quality product and will not refund my money when it was the company's mistake. I was told returns were too much of a hassle and suggested I resale the dress myself. IT HAS AN INK MARK ON THE DRESS! Beware of this company.
I was billed fraudulently, I've attempted to contact the company and gotten no support. I am now having to dispute the transactions through my credit card compsny
I received the dress, but the fitting was all wrong. I followed all return instructions and I still haven't received a return label after a week of waiting for a response.
