Please be aware ladies! This company uses photos of other designers & place them on their website. The product that you receive will be a completely different dress. I ordered an Ivory dress that had nude sheer sides. The dress i received was white as snow with no nude sheer siding
The two dresses I ordered are way bigger than the picture and don't fit my daughter. They allow no returns for wrong sizing. Better to order from a place that allows you to get better costumer service with their business. They have a Bad business plan.

I would give 0 stars! I ordered my wedding dress from lalamira when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture, the dress came with a ton of glitter on it and the sizing was even worse! I filed a complaint but the manufacturer, who you cannot physically speak with, emailed me back saying the dress was "adequate" and they would not refund my money. I even found out they "re-use" other website reviews for that dress. They told me to try and sell it, but who would buy this mess of a dress. They really don't care about customer satisfaction or quality for that matter. I was then told "my understanding would be appreciated". I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability after spending all that money. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a thing from this company!
I recently ordered a birthday party dress for my daughter from lalamira, and must say, thoroughly impressed! The quality of the dress was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail. The size guide was spot on, making online shopping a breeze. My daughter looked absolutely stunning in it and was over the moon. The customer service team was also incredibly helpful, addressing my queries promptly. Delivery was quicker than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend lalamira for their beautiful dresses and excellent service!
I would have given this 0 stars if I could! I ordered a flower girl dress for my granddaughter and when it arrived, I was shocked. The fit was not even close to what the measurements are for that size. It gaps open on the sides and shows so much skin. The lace is scratchy and cheap. The bottom is huge and the flowers on the belt are big and ugly. We wrote to the company immediately, including pictures and they sent a duplicate email to my daughter and then to me. They show that they have a 7 day return policy and we reached out in less than 3 days. They said to take it to a tailer! For what we paid, we could not believe that they would not refund the money. The dress is brand new with original tags. Money down the drain. Do not order from this company. The worst customer "service" i have ever seen. What a scam.

There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company sent me the complete wrong color dress than I ordered. I ordered Ivory (almost like a beige/cream color) and they sent me a full white wedding dress. They then proceeded to tell me the difference was "acceptable" and barely noticeable so I should just keep it and sell it to my friends OVER 18 EMAILS. That was before they offered me maybe 30% of my items value back in a refund. They are lazy and don't care to fix their problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible service, I am very displeased. Lalamira, don't respond to this saying everything is fine because I accepted your solution. Frankly, you should've given 100% of my items value back. But what am I supposed to do? Take no money? Embarrassing you don't know how to run your own business.

I ordered 2 brides maid dresses and one came 2 months later. The body suit was like a size 6 x and the skirt was for an adult size 10 … crazy the other wasn't even the color I chose. Not to mention they charged my card for 3 and I got 2. No way to ever return them. I sent soooo many emails with no response. And was charged 350$ for the 2 brides maid dresses that never came. I had to finally dispute my transaction with the bank. Buyer beware. There are so many more reputable sites out there. Don't let this destroy a happy memory.
