You want woke garbage? Well, here it is! Look no further. This site is very one sided when it comes to certain issues.
The most toxic, woke and cancerous gaming site ever made, pure and simple. Avoid it like the plague, they have zero interest in reviewing a game, they just want to push their stupid far-left agenda.
The entire platform is based on highly irelevant articles, very biased opinions, many are written just for the sake of being 'unpopular opinions' and you cant really take it as a news source, more like an edgy 17 year old's blog where he just writes his opinions about everything.
Kotaku is a terrible news site for gamers, they are outright far-left leaning and will negatively review anything and everything that doesn't fit an extremely strict set of parameters.
A game has no trans people? 1 star
A game has no gay people? 1 star
They push an agenda onto the gaming community that is extremely unnecessary, and are so blatantly obviously NOT GAMERS. They are self-identifying as journalists, but in reality they are just kids that have finished a gender studies class at university.
It quite literally crashes every few minutes. Regular iOS safari browser. I've tried a few different things, desktop view, etc. and it's just not worth having to reload the page, figure out where I am in between the gazillions of pop up ads just for one article clogging up the screen and bouncing you all over the place.
Whenever something interesting happens in gaming industry you'll usually find it covered there. Also covers geek stuff and related.
Their articles and reviews are non sense and border on cancel culture a lot. They're video games lol. They get easily offended over silly things or the reviews are just absolute lies, from someone who clearly doesn't play any games or even the game they reviewed. Avoid this site at all costs.
The shining example of what gaming journalism has come to. If you want to read garbage, cut out the middle man and go read labels out of your trash can.
These people are not gamers. They are everything that is destroying the gamer community. If a game attempts to create something new, but pushes boundaries by being a bit edgy, these betas will jump all over it and try to discredit it, because it has hurt their very particular sensibilities and isn't inline with their world views. Step aside already kokatu, you are getting in the way of actual progress.
Kotaku went from game news to one sided, far left politics. Much of the content they post is racist and sexist towards groups that they don't like. They don't even seem to enjoy games; their articles are just attempts to change and influence gaming to fit their political narrative. Avoid this site if you actually care about the gaming industry.
Kotaku is full of rude people who will troll and ruin every game that they find online. These people have no manners or anything good to say about any game, just bad stuff. Do not go to this awful website.
You find it a lot of interesting information. Dislike some of topics, however, it is still great to waste your time somewhere
Great site. Sometimes they stray off the topic of gaming (and users get angry) but the stuff they post is pretty much always interesting. Maybe not one for more conservative gamers.
Read it everyday. Best site to keep with gaming news and rumours.
This site is pretty fun, they mainly post up contents dealing with games, gaming industry and sometimes have some cool videos and anime stuff.
A nice site to browse when you're at work and just looking for something to read. Or you're just someone that loves to read everything about games I guess you should have this on your list.
Great blog for up to the minute video gaming and gaming culture news. Also has infrequent but intelligent reviews as well. Highly recommended for gamers who want to keep up to date on what's coming without too much of the marketing fluff found on other gaming sites.
