I've made numerous purchases from kinglinen, due to their prices and honestly I never had any issues with the products and I bought about 20 sets of bed in a bag and room in a bag collectively. I wanted to make another purchase recently and noticed sadly, the site was down...sigh!

After reading reviews, I had to comment even though I don't normally write reviews. I ordered 3 different comforter sets & even exchanged the size on one of them & I could not be happier with my purchases & the return! I love them and they have all held up amazing! I ordered at least 5 years ago..

I ordered a package almost two weeks. FedEx did a horrible job as well with delivering my comforter set (it was stolen!) happened on a Saturday so i had to wait until Monday to get in contact an actually report. I was told i could be shipped another or have a refund and a claim had to be out in. I asked to be shipped another. 5 days pass i don't receive any emails so i call. I was told i should receive a tracking number soon. I get a call 10 minutes later telling me that i will only be allowed to get my money back since they're sold out!

I ordered Suzette Curtains with Grommets, for 19.99, I could afford 3 pairs at that price, they were going in the den where the men watch sports, 3 days later, I get these FABULOUS Jacquard curtains, I was stunned, I took down my living room curtains and put these up, far too good for the den, they are gorgeous, 19.99 a pair, could easily be a 79.00 pair of curtains, Thank you, King Linen, I'm on a fixed income and you have changed my life, ordering again, next week

I live in Alaska and they want to charge an outrageous amount to ship here. I chose to just have it shipped to my mother as I am going in a couple of weeks to visit her and can pick it up then. I received an email that they could not match the credit card with the shipping address. I called and made them aware that it was being shipped to my mother. They then said that I needed to send a copy of my credit card and drivers license to them to verify. Umm do I look stupid. I refused to do so, and they abruptly canceled my order. Reported them to BBB.

My mother bought me a comforter set from King Linen for Christmas. They state they have a 45 return policy for Christmas. But, when I attempted to return the item in January they refused to accept the return. Why? Because I received it before Christmas. So, they don't have a 45 day return policy. At best 44 days because there are no mail companies that deliver on Christmas Day. When attempting to point this out, they simply state "NO, 45 days from my RECEIVED DATE." When I asked to speak to the Manager, it took me 5 calls over 4 days to get her on the phone. Then she refused to let me speak. She just talked over me. I lost my temper and she hung up. And, then I'm told there is no one above her that I can speak to. The product was cheap (I can live with that because it wasn't expensive)but not a king size like it says on the package. So, there is no way for me to use it. From other reviews I now see that they really don't accept returns at all. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a king size comforter bed in a bag for $69.95 for my daughter. The sheets didn't fit the mattress and the comforter was for like a full size bed. I returned the merchandise and they tried to say that there was hair all over it. I explained that there might have been a few dog hairs, because she has six dogs but that it was never used. How could she if it never fit her bed to begin with? They refuse to issue any type of refund or return the comforter set itself.

I ordered several comforters from their site, and a few days later they cancelled part of my order without notifying me. I only realized it because they refunded that part. When I requested to cancel the entire order and get a full refund, they said it was my responsibility to ship it back to them, or they would charge me an additional fee. I check the tracking number and it hasn't even shipped yet, two weeks later! I had to dispute the payment with my bank. Incorrect inventory on their site. Their 'customer service' is very rude. I highly suggest finding a more reputable site to purchase bedding from.

I ordered a comforter. The color was not as described. I unzipped the package and laid a corner of the comforter against my area rug. It didn't match, so I put back in the package and returned. When they received it, I received an email stating that the comforter had been washed and was covered in hair and dirty. The comforter was never even taken out of the package, and they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The exact words were "tags removed from cushions" (there were no cushions) and "washed to rip", whatever that is supposed to mean. I'm not sure what country they are in, but I'm pretty sure we shouldn't be supporting them.
