I ordered a surplus jacket, it was a little tight, but I could live with it.
It came faster than expected.
I decided to buy two more in the next larger size.
After a few weeks went by, I decided to check if they sent me a tracking number, if so, I could find out where my parcel ended up.
I suspected that because so much time had passed, it was probably on it's way back to them, and after checking the UPS track, I was right.
Evidently; there was one attempt to deliver the package, and because the UPS driver was in a hurry or too lazy, he or she did not leave a tag!
How am I supposed to know that there was an attempted delivery if they didn't leave a tag?
As soon as I discovered this information I called Keepshooting to alert them that the package was on it's way back to them, and that I would be more than happy to pay for re-shipping.
I've heard nothing from them in almost a month, and several left messages, and UPS tracking shows that they (Howard)accepted the returned package.

I've made several purchases over the last few years with expected results. My last purchase included a defective knife. I made several phone calls with no return calls, sent several emails with no response, and an expensive knife with defects. After giving up I decided to attempt to repair the knife. I was able to get it to function like it should, but that wasn't my job. I have taken keepshooting off my list of companies to deal with. There are a lot of other companies that handle the same merchandise so keepshooting can kiss my rear end and do without my business.

Took 6 weeks to get refund and not so much as an apology.
Placed an order for a parka and 3 mag pouches on July 3rd, realized I didn't need the parka so I called back not 5 minutes later to cancel the parka and was lied to and told that the package was already sent out. I said ok and just waited for the package so I could send back the parka for a refund. Finally got the package and the parka that I was told "to late to be taken out" was not in the box. I then emailed keepshooting to let them know of the situation and ask for my refund. All I was given was a "we'll take care of it" and that's it. Got my statement 2 weeks later and STILL no refund. I had to email them asking for my refund FOR 6 WEEKS! Until I finally got it today August 18th. Will never go back to this store EVER. Look at the reviews from real people and avoid this store!

Pepper spray broken upon arrival. Got it on my hands and in my eyes. Reached out to them 5 times and they couldn't even reply to me.

In my opinion and experience do not purchase from this company you will regret it. I have made several purchases with no problem. keepshooting.com does get some good deals but you are playing Russian roulette with this company. My last purchase was a 12ga adapter for a 26.5mm flare gun. All of my previous purchases took over a week for the company to ship and then add on the shipping time so if you need the product in a hurry choose another company. The flare adapter did ship out quicker than other purchases. Just wanted to be clear.

Back to the flare adapter. All the reviews on the website state that you have to do some sanding to the adapter for it to fit. I found out later if you make a negative review on a product they will not post it. With the less than honest review policy you have no warning of a bad product. If you notice on the website it shows the flare adapter partially inside a H&K flare pistol. The H&K is what I own. The item description does not say anything about modification or give directions to fit it. After receiving the adapter it did not fit so I started to modify it and it still would not fit the H&K flare pistol I decided to contact customer service.

I contacted customer service thru email *******@keepshooting.com on 3/07/2017 because they do not answer their phones I did try calling but no answer. I did not get any response to my email so I emailed again on 3/18/2017 and again no response. I have kept all emails to document my experience. Today I emailed *******@btparms.com stating that I am now going to review the company with my experience to the online review companies and to the forums that associate myself with. Enclosing I will not order from this company again. I like a good deal but I do not like being taken advantage of.
I urge you to not take my word for it but to look online for other reviews and do your research.
