Ordered flowers for my mom's 76th birthday, to be delivered December 6th. Flowers never arrived. I emailed customer service. I was informed they were delivered. I then called customer service, and told them flowers had not been delivered. Customer Service then emailed a day later and informed me the flowers were being rescheduled for delivery. I asked several times for the order to be canceled. Instead, the flowers showed up on Wednesday December 10th.
Flowers ordered did not look like what I had chosen to be delivered. They lacked arrangement and appeared to be grouped and just thrown into a vase.
I have sent this same review, 3 times now and keep get follow up emails.

Beautiful flowers. They were delivered a little later than I anticipated (initially thought it may be the day I ordered, then wasn't until after 5PM the next day), but we are happy with how they looked.
Easy convenient way to send flowers, my sister in law said they were gorgeous.
Terrible experience and will never order from you again. What ended up being delivered was not of equal value to what I expected and paid for on your website. Arranged was delivered two days late. Delivery was left without the message tag I had provided. Family receiving the flowers had no idea who they were from. Your website should not be advertising arrangements and services you are not able to provide.

I paid extra money to have the flowers delivered by 1:00pm as a surprise for my wife's birthday. She was out getting her nails done and I wanted her to see them along with chocolates, jewelry, and other items I was preparing in the kitchen table. Flowers didn't get here until 5. When I called customer service they wouldn't give me the name of the flower place and they kept saying "will be there soon". Unacceptable! I will never use this service again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law, who recently had surgery. I can always rely on Just Flowers from whom I've ordered before. They have always delivered on time. Their flower arrangements are always exceptional quality, they are a great company to buy from.

JustFlowers.com took my order, then claimed they needed more money because my florist didn't have the flowers I picked. They never delivered anything — not for my son's viewing or funeral. They called during the funeral, then again five minutes later.
Afterward, they said there were no florists in my area and tried offering a discount and credit. I demanded a refund, which they resisted until I pushed.
This company is unprofessional and heartless. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered an orchid from JustFlowers.com for $137, expecting the lush, pink arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered was a small, sparse orchid in a broken plastic pot, nothing like the photo advertised. The plant even appeared cut short to remove damaged blooms — clearly not the same quality or style I paid for.
I reached out to customer service four times, providing photos and detailed explanations. Their only response was to offer a $30 credit, which is both inadequate and insulting. The difference between the advertised product and what was delivered is substantial and misleading — this isn't a simple substitution, it's false advertising. I strongly warn others against ordering from JustFlowers.com. The products are misrepresented, and the company refuses to take accountability or treat customers fairly.

Recipient liked her gift and it arrived on time as expected
Ordering was easy and it was pretty much last minute for a Birthday Bouquet with 2 balloons. I paid extra for the express 4 hour delivery to a local High School. They arrived on time and they were amazing! They still look great a week later.
The flowers arrived on time and in good condition. They were received with pride and stated that they were very beautiful. I felt the fullness was as what the picture showed, but all is good.
I was never notified that the flowers I ordered were not available until it was decided to replace them with something else. The flowers that were delivered were not even the ones I was told the replaced with. If I would have had a chance to change the order because a Peace Lily was not available I would never had chosen what was sent.

The bouquet I ordered showed several beautiful white lilies and white roses in full bloom, however the bouquet that was delivered did not have the lilies in bloom. This is what I see as the problem; the roses were fully blooming so by the time the lilies would be blooming, the roses have died back.

For 200.00+ dollars, very disappointed in the size (especially upgrading my initial order to large 170.00...) and by second day they were wilting.

Ordering was easy but getting the flowers delivered wasn't as easy. Delivery was to be the date ordered, per the website (a Saturday). Monday afternoon I called and was told they needed more money to use a particular florist. Flowers were not delivered until Tuesday and there was really no savings over having used a local shop.

They agreed to delivery the order to a hotel, and passed on the order to a "local florist" who sent the delivery person with only the first name of the guest, despite having full name and phone number on the order. The delivery person left with the order, unable to deliver. My card was charged, and justflowers refused to help me, claiming that the order was delivered.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
