The greeter never showed up, even thou i spoke with them yesterday to make sure everything is set for my guests at JFK airport. The contact person they sent me, 'John', didn't answer the phone.
Such a Fraud! Stay away from this company! Already canceling the payment via my Bank. Repulsive company. I asked for a refund and i don't hesitate to get a lawyer to sue them.

I am very much pleased with the Facility and service. Special thanks for your Medical & wheelchair arrangements for my old mother at Dubai airport. Also, who was there with us over the call & beyond. I would recommend the Jodogo team as an airport agency to everyone for it gives the best package on a budget.

I have booked transit service at delhi airport, but they cheated us. Jodogo company doesn't exist at delhi airport. They just ask for money and once reach over there no one will come. It's totally fraud.

Went ahead and booked with this company. And I can say that it is the best decision i've ever made. Also the service are really great and they are also accommodating. Will definitely booked with them for future travels again!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the JODOGO departure service handled by James today. My father's experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I paid a substantial amount of USD1300+ for arrival and departure service, and I expected professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The greeter ran away and said he forgot his ID and upon notifying the company, they did not help or refund. They are frauds! Upon reporting to the port authority police department, we found out that JODOGO is not authorised in the premises and we had to file a report. What a hassle!

I availed of the services at Delhi. I was charged for services I was NOT provided.
(1) A Jodogo representative was NOT present at all! They just hired someone at the last minute. He was not at curbside until we had already unloaded our bags, despite me sending Jodogo all the information that was asked for.
(2) There were NO priority lines we were taken through. We already had Business Class tickets. So if we wouldn't be taken through special lines to expedite check in, immigration and security, we should NOT have been charged for those.
(3) There was NO assistance during Security. Other concierge companies were assisting their customers. So your person now saying that assistance during security is not allowed, is a lie.
(4) Your representative was NOT there even AFTER security, to help us organize the stuff we had to take out of the bags for security check. He did meet us eventually, at the lounge. We then found out that he was not a Jodogo employee, just someone Jodogo got a hold of. No complaints against that person, he did what he was asked to do. He was not qualified to do the job Jodogo promised. He didn't have the proper clearance. Jodogo ripped us off.
I am not even sure what I paid for. I was just given porter services. I could avail that for 1/10th the cost. I was duped. I need to be be issued a refund at the earliest.

We used JODOGO for departure services at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru yesterday. It doesn't matter what time you fly in or out of BLR it's always busy!
We were so happy to have JODOGO yesterday because it was extremely busy and there were tons of people entering the airport at the same time. Our greeter was Ganan. He was super professional and incredibly helpful! He met up at the doors to the airport for departing flights. We didnt have boarding passes because Singapore Airlines needed to verify our passports before issuing our boarding passes. Ganan got us into the airport by showing our reservations along with our passports to the guards at the entrance to the airport. He then maneuvered us to the correct lanes to get checked into Singapore Airlines. He helped us get our boarding passes, checked our bags and go through security in the fastest and most efficient manner. He then got us free wifi for the airport which requires going to a kiosk. Afterwards he walked us through the airport to the lounge near our gate. We were able to grab some breakfast at the lounge before heading to our gate. We received amazing service which really made our departure so much easier!

I don't think they can read. I sent a request for departure assistance from O'Hare Airport on Qatar airlines. I sent them all of the flight information, time and date, noting that one senior citizen was traveling with 5 very heavy bags [books] and need curbside assistance for checking in for a departure. They wrote back with a $450 offer for ARRIVAL ASSISTANCE, promising to help me through customs, passport, etc. I wanted departure assistance not arrival. I tried to clarify and the got it wrong the second time. Stay away from them - it will be better for your blood pressure. Dr. E
