Good site listing exhaustive jobs and visa sponsored jobs

There are loads and loads of job portals, this site specialises in listing jobs for which visa are sponsored, mostly in IT in countries like Netherlands, Germany, Australia or even United Kingdom. I found a job in Germany sitting in India wondering where to look or how to go about it. They have good interfaces giving a good user experience, recommended
