I once again had to refresh my scrubs. Jens was having a sale on my favorite Cherokee scrubs, so I was able to not only replace my green scrub bottoms with a hole in the knee, but also pick up some pretty pink scrubs (top, pants AND jacket) too! Quick updates on the orders progress were emailed, and my pretty new uniforms arrived super fast at my home. I only buy from Jens Scrubs. Thanks for having such a nice selection, especially for those of us needing Tall sizes. Will buy again, and recommend to friends and colleagues.
This company claims that they are the only 5-Star rated scrub company?! Hmmm... is that 5-Stars for incompetence? For customer neglect? For not answering their phones? They charged my credit card in FULL days ago and have yet to process my order... they are also unreachable via phone or email. STAY AWAY!
I have ordered from Jen's Scrubs three times. I always get my items. It takes a little longer to receive than some of the other sites, but they do arrive. Twice, I have needed to exchange an item for a different size. The process is not as easy and user-friendly as other sites and it takes a day or so to get a response from Customer Support. You are charged a fee to exchange or return an item or items. I do not like that. Their prices are good though, so if you know exactly what you want and what size you need they are ok to order from.
When I ordered my scrubs, in the usual sizes that I order them, the one top was too small. So in order for me to get a larger size I not only paid for shipping the first time, I would have to pay for shipping again to return and receive the new top.
Instead, I returned the too small of scrub top and purchased the exact same top at a less expensive price with free shipping from a vendor on eBay.
I have through the years purchased quite a few scrubs from this company and I thought that in the light of that they would at least send me an exchange at no cost.
With the companies that are out there I dont believe I will use Jens scrubs any longer.
Purchased 2 items, sent one back. Was refunded $17 of $33. It was explained that 9.99 for shipping and a discount of $6 was deducted from the refund. A credit of 9.99 was offered after I inquired why only half was refunded. The credit was declined. Cannot justify using a retailer that keeps half when the product was returned without defect. Horrible service.
When you place an order it appears you can return it at no cost. This IS NOT the case. You have to pay almost $15 shipping on 1 set of scrubs and then if you return them, another $8 in return shipping. You have to pay $23 and NOTHING to show for it. I HIGHLY recommend Do NOT order here. Most companies will send you a prepaid shipping label for returns. We will not be ordering anymore else.
I was hesitated to make a purchase from Jens scrub due the mixed reviews here but I went ahead and gave it a try anyway. Within a week my favorite Schetchers scrubs arrived. They were bag nicely and in perfect condition. Im glad I gave Jen a try. From now on, itll be my go to scrub store!
I got my product in good condition and in good time. Couldn't find what I wanted (white sleeveless lab jacket with pockets) anywhere else. Definitely recommending this site to my friends in healthcare.
Always kept me updated of the shipping progress. Quality product. Could have shipped a day or so earlier, but I understand that orders do take time to process. Scrubs still arrived less than a week after I ordered them, so no complaints here.
First of all it took 6 weeks to get my order. I have always worn the same size in $#*!ies EDS. Had no problems with sizing from another $#*!ies supplier but these are horribly smaller than they should be. The fabric also isn't typical $#*!ies. $150 worth of scrubs down the drain. Not even going to attempt to send them back because I'm scared I'll never see my money because of their horrible customer service. Don't check their social media for reviews because they immediately remove anything negative.
