Took 3 months and PayPal to get me some of my money back. The 30x-60x lighted magnifiers with a UV light for currency have 3 batteries included. At first I thought they just leaked, but after pulling the batteries and laying them on a flat surface over the next few weeks they would explode throwing battery parts all over my shop. Jaxy wanted to refund me $200 total out of $1400 spent. The devices have battery acid all over them and are unuseable. Jaxy insisted I ship them back, with batteries. You can't knowingly ship leaking batteries, it's illegal. Only because I paid through and got PayPal involved was I able to ship them back without the batteries. Still cost me $600 and Jaxy to this day will say it was my fault? I purchased 720 for the $1400 but they edited their documents to show 360@ $1400 after shipping. Problem with that lie is, I have the original printed shipper from Jaxy showing 360 for $790. So, they were also trying to STEAL from me had the devices not failed. I have posted the video on YouTube showing the UNDENIABLE failure of the batteries if SiteJabber allows YouTube links. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dcDcRPg9FU. Don't buy these from anyone in China if they ship with batteries. They are made by the same company and the batteries are the issue. Jaxy could have worked with me and refunded the money and let me throw them away, but absolutely would not accept any deal unless I shipped them complete with batteries, and they have since stated that they PUT THESE BACK ON THE SHELF FOR RESALE. Hope you can watch the video, or search Jaxy Binoculars on YouTube. I am not posting and spending all this time/effort for points. I am doing this to WARN you about a crooked company with no regrets about their dishonesty. I buy quite a bit from China. Have dealt with counterfeits from DHGATE and this dishonest company, as well as reputable companies that I buy electronics from. Even the company selling the counterfeit pin pointers paid the shipping back to China.
