Mr friend and I ordered Houston Astros suits from Jacketars. We ordered size 32 and 38 pants. While the jackets fit, the size 38 pants appeared to be designed for an 8 year old child (couldn't even get one leg all the way through), and the size 32 pants appeared to be designed for a 4 year old child.

You will not get what you ordered, plain and simple. You'll spend over $100 for a $20 waste of fabric.

I ordered back in early December. Waited a little over a week to ask when it would be shipped. They told me it got delayed "for some reason" and it should be released from QA and be on the way in a couple days.

So I waited... Heard nothing again so I messaged them and was told I would have a tracking order by the a close date around Christmas.

So I waited... And still received nothing.

They didn't inform me my order was shipped till a month after I ordered it.

Everytime after the first initial message I told I wanted a refund as it went from it not making it in time to they broke every promise they made to me about it being sent. They lost my address. Worse being that they would only offer a partial refund even though they're the ones who kept messing up.

They only offer the partial refund (They keep 20%) so they can keep some of your money and argue with the next person about a product that doesn't exist. When that doesn't work, they'll send you a cheap knock off that doesn't even look like what you ordered.

If you have already ordered from them, I'm sorry. Your best bet is to start an email chain with them ( you can't contact them any other way) and start talking with your card issuer.

If you haven't, don't buy from them. It is not worth the headache they will cause.

I was suppose to be getting a Victorian style jacket. My order calls it a Steampunk trench coat. I went to go look on their site and show what I ordered to what I got. It doesn't pull anything up under steampunk so I only have the picture of the "$129" coat they sent me.

This isn't what I ordered. This isn't even form fitting. Go buy from Wish or Temu, AliExpress, Shein. Least it's cheap if you're getting ripped off.

Should be ZERO stars. Do NOT order from them. You will receive something that looks nothing like what you order. I ordered a $175 Spanx jacket and received a smelly fleece piece of crap item. They tried to convince me to accept a $25 partial refund and keep the item. When I insisted on returning it, they explained that although they are wrong, I would have to pay to return the item to Australia. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Do NOT even think about buying from this site. Total scam. They don't have products that they advertise. After you order you will get a package in about 6 weeks, terrible smell, cheap replica of the picture (I have attached two pic of what I got and what I ordered), then you would want to return this crap and they will ask to pay for the label…good luck with that…manufacture is in Karachi and based on other reviews whatever address they provide is not ever legit. One day Karma will get these mofos

I ordered this costume midway through October, so I was kinda afraid I might miss it, but Jacketars were kind enough to deliver it quickly so I could enjoy trick n treat nights, and I freaking love it, it looks so good on me, the quality is good, and it fits perfectly on me and its eerie look just make stand out amongst my friends the most.

This jacket can literally spice up your fashion game. It took a while to arrive, but the quality of the leather and the quilted textures feel robust and clean, I must commend Jacketars for their craftsmanship, not to mention the golden zipper and studs give a sexy look. Highly Recommended!

Very impressed with the quality and packaging.
Took a bit long to come but very pleased with the finished product.

I paid 189USD for a hoodie that was supposed to be Louis Vuitton and got a crappy hoodie that not only doesn't resemble the original even from afar, but it's also an indecent quality of fabric which may be worth 10USD at most! Burn in Hell Jacketars.com!

I have tried multiple times now to return a $140 jacket that was sized 2XL but still is too tight for my mens regular XL frame. When i asked about returns they wanted to give me $20 to avoid the hassle and keep the jacket. Shipping back to one of their facilities was going to cost $47. So i asked for $80 and they offered $40. So I decided to ship. At UPS, no one could find a phone number and I was urged by store owner NOT to send without a phone# as it would just get lost in customs. Asked Jacketars for a phone number and searched all over the internet for one but it DOES NOT EXIST! You'll also find numerous scam reports about this company once you dig in. I'm sure even if I got a phone # at this point they would say its been more than 20 days so they wouldn't accept it anyway. Website says worldwide shipping and EASY RETURNS...absolute HORSE SH!T. AVOID AVOID AVOID. PS...jacket quality was sub par as well, don't be fooled.

The product took 60 days to get to me. When it did arrive it was nothing like described. It was described as wool, what I received was polyester printed fabric with the worst top stitching I have ever seen. Returns are not easy I had to email the company 5 times before they gave me their return address, they kept pushing for me to keep the jacket and they would refund me. After a few more emails they finally said they would refund me $30, the POS jacket was $135. It has been two weeks since out last correspondence and I still have not been credited the refund. When I googled the return address it was a boarded up house. So just don't purchase from this company!

Esta empresa é uma fraude. Comprei um casaco e não corresponde em nada ao artigo que mostram no site. Depois de vários emails a questionar a demora do envio do meu artigo, este só foi enviado aquando do meu contacto com a PayPal para que me ajudassem a recebo um reembolso. O artigo que me enviaram depois da reclamação não tem o modelo, a cor ou o material que dizem. Nem chega a ser uma cópia barata. É terrível. O portes que dizem ser gratuitos, também os tive de pagar. NÃO COMPREM NADA A ESTA Empresa! Fiz a compra em 29 de Janeiro e em 8 de Março ainda estava à espera de receber a minha encomenda!

We ordered a jersey over a month ago, still has no update on shipping, and when contacted, they had horrible English and said their was a problem in shipment. Then when contacted again for a refund they say we have to send the item back for that, even though our item has never sent, on their website it still says in process over a month later. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Photo speaks for itself. Garbage product. No refund offered unless you pay to ship it to Australia or Middle East. The address they give for return is not even valid and would result in "PRODUCT not being returned no refund"

They offer low refunds to keep the garbage product that costs $5.00 to make so they win either way.

The quality is cheap and NOT as pictured on their website. They refuse to give me a return address and refuse to give me a refund even though they promise easy returns. They only have an email address and have been stalling for over 2 weeks. Still no return address after multiple emails. Jacket makes noise when you try it on. Don't buy from Jacketars!

Man I had the best experience ever. Staff is always very client oriented and works super hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with the order.

Awesome making and a best fitting jacket. I literally amazed with the quality of the jacket and the fitting got exactly as i requested. I thanks this company to do such good work and i recommend this to everyone. Will definitely purchase more from them in future.

Easy to buy and return. I bought a leather jacket in beige color, and I got my package at a decent time. However, it didn't fit as expected, and I had to return it. The return was easy and I got my refund.
