DO NOT ORDER

Do not order from this website! I saw an ad for an item on TikTok, placed an order for $35 through after pay. 2 weeks later, I still have not received an email confirmation, or a tracking number. I have yet to receive any sort of response through their email. It's a SCAM!

Purchased a laundry pet hair trapper after finding them in a Google search. I scrolled through several reviews but now wish I would have dug a little deeper than that because the reviews on their site are clearly fake. The only thing this cheap, flimsy item did was break during its first use. Reached out to customer service and that's when I saw they don't accept returns. Not surprisingly, I haven't heard back. Absolute scam of a company, they should not be allowed to be in business. Do not waste your money here.

If your item arrived damaged or broke during first use, that absolutely qualifies for a replacement or refund under our product guarantee. We do respond to all legitimate customer service requests — if you haven’t heard back, it’s possible your message didn’t come through or went to spam.
While our return policy doesn’t accept used items for hygiene reasons (clearly stated on our site), we absolutely take care of defective or damaged orders — always.

Avoid at all costs

Absolute garbage products, not even functional. Took forever to ship and wouldn't allow returns. They aggressively target anyone who posts negative comments on Instagram, but don't respond to customer complaints.

From the confusing order form to the lack of communication to the TERRIBLE product... this company is a joke. I did not mean to buy the product in the first place... I was trying to enter a coupon code to see how much the total would be and accidentally submitted an order. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them to cancel it and did not get a response. Once I received the product, I was appalled at the quality of it... I didn't even want it and it was terrible. I emailed them multiple times for a refund and finally had to have my bank step in. Their contact form is horrible as well--they ask for a phone number and have no "content to marketing" clauses. If you are dissatisfied with this company, call your bank and ask for your money back. Companies like this should not be allowed on the internet.

I got one just to be safe incase it didn't work. I'm so glad I did. Because it doesn't work at all! I tried it 3 times and each time the plastic piece ring that is supposed to keep the mesh bag on comes off, which then makes the mesh bag come off. I'd be okay with it if it still would catch the fur but nope. Not one piece of my dogs hair has been caught. I went on their website to contact them and saw that they don't do refunds or returns. So I thought I'd put a review on their page and I couldn't even find a way to post a review on there. Don't waste your money.

Ignores emails for the wrong item sent!

I received the wrong item. Despite sending numerous emails requesting their assistance to fix their error, the company never responded back. I'm screwed out of $35 for something my dog can't use. Furthermore, the item they sent me is terribly cheap. I'm furious that I failed to check deeper into this obscure business and learn that this company appears to be a complete sham. Avoiding this company is strongly recommended!

Faulty products and poor service!

I was so excited to see a solution to dog hair in the wash cycle when Indigo pets popped up in my sponsored ads. I read through the comments and their site reviews and decided to go ahead and order two of the hair catchers. I tested them as soon as they arrived and they are a giant HOAX. I attempted multiple times in various ways after reaching out to their service team for a possible solution. They don't work with just one, they don't work with two. In one correspondence to me when that wasn't working they mentioned 2-3 of them. I have two and I REFUSE to purchase another one considering the first two haven't trapped a single hair. I have recorded video and taken pictures of my findings and reached out to indigo pet. While awaiting their reply I found on their site they do not offer refunds and therefor no satisfaction guarantee. They have disregarded my concerns and offered nothing helpful for the $30 am out. I could pay more money to ship their faulty traps back to them and receive a credit in which I might possibly pick up a non faulty product…but based on my experience, I don't wish to spend another dollar on this company. I wish there was better recourse for these type of companies because it's a giant scam.

Stay away from this company

I ordered two items from this company and only one of them arrived. I reached out to them multiple times to ask for an update or if they could send me a replacement item. They never even responded to me. I also decided that I wanted to return the item that I did receive, so I reached out about that... of course, no response for that either. So now I'm out $75 for two items that I either don't want or never received. Do not purchase from this company - if we don't buy their stuff, they will soon be out of business and everyone will be better off.

We understand your frustration, but we want to be clear: IndigoPetCo has absolutely no way of charging anyone without an authorized order being placed through our website.

If you never placed an order with us, then these charges did not originate from our business, and it’s very likely your card was compromised elsewhere. Please contact your bank immediately to report the unauthorized activity and dispute the charges.

We are a small business that works hard to serve real customers — targeting us for something completely unrelated to our operations is not only inaccurate, but deeply unfair. We’re happy to help confirm no orders were placed under your name, but beyond that, this issue is strictly between you and your card provider.

YOU WONT EVEN GET YOUR ITEM

We ordered a water bottle and nail clippers for our pup pup. Months and months have gone by with no order received, still says that it has not shipped, my husband and I have been emailing, messaging on social media, anywhere to try and cancel and receive a refund and have been unsuccessful in even getting a response! We regret trusting this site and don't want anyone to make the same mistake!

I ordered two of their products two months ago as presents. They never sent me anything as far as a shipping notification but charged me back when I ordered. I reached out and was finally sent notification but no one bothered to respond to my email or apologize for the delay. Then I received my order two months later and they only sent me one of the items! I reached out yet again and received no response and no refund. After warning them that I was going to report them if I didn't receive a refund for half of my order I still heard nothing back… so here I am. Next step is raising the issue with our credit card company.

I ordered a dog toothbrush and toothpaste 37 days ago and still have not received my delivery. I have contacted customer service several times and there has been no reply. Three days ago, I received an email that my item had been delivered, but it has not. I was charged $43.61 for the item. I have asked for a full refund, again with no reply. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not order from this company! I wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered the suction cup toys for my pups, and they arrived pretty quickly. There are supposed to be "indestructible" according to their item description. Within 5 minutes of my dog using it, she had completely torn it apart, and she was just a 5-month-old puppy at the time. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company for a return or exchange, and they never replied to my email. After another attempt at contacting them, I submitted a resolution via Paypal where they said I never contacted them and I was outside of their 7 days return policy.
Please save yourselves the time, money and aggravation with this company. Completely worthless and terrible customer service. I am moving forward with a credit card dispute.

Scam. Toy broke in 5 minutes

If I could give this site 0 stars out of 5 I would. Within. 5 minutes of getting the suction cup toy the rubber started coming off which is a choking hazard. In addition the suction never worked, and customer service never got back to me when I let them know about the problem. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did.

VERY DISSATISFIED

I purchased the suction cup tug of war toy for my dog. The suction cup did NOT stick to any surface I tried, and the rope frayed immediately. I emailed customer service several times and never received a response. There is no return policy or customer service phone number. The toy was expensive and very poorly made. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
