Received the product yesterday, love it! However, what made me write the review was the customer service. After placing my order Icestork reached out to me to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns and that if I needed anything further I shouldnt hesitate to reach out. I was shocked to receive an email like this out of the blue! The product also arrived sooner than I had anticipated which was terrific.
