6 to 8 week delivery... that did not happen... I had to contact them to find out whats going on... oh sorry... another 8 weeks maybe... 4 months... really?... then a week after that they sent me an email saying it is shipping... wrong!... their IT dept sent out wrong emails... CEO of Leslie Pools Mr. M. Egeck should be embarrassed... asked for a total refund and that they got right... what a nightmare... don't use either of these companies... lost sleep I was so angry...
I got a spa2go and it has been the single best purchase I have ever made for our RV. You can easily carry it with you anywhere and for a portable hot tub it is perfect and does fit 4 small adults. If you are larger, then only 2-3 adults. Easily fits 6 kids. We have brought this everywhere from camping to burning man. Price at $600 really cannot be beat.
Placed an order for a hot tub cover. They gave me an order number. Took 3 weeks for the shipper to get it here from the "shipped date". It turned out to be the wrong size. Complained to business, who then said my order number was a different number and that they made the cover to the specs on the 2nd number and were not going to correct MY problem. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Company rep then lied to the BBB about what transpired. Stay away from this "made in mexico" business!
They sent me the wrong motor and forced me to pay $70 to return it and a 20% restocking fee. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID
