Really disappointed by their auto-payment policy. Even my Auto-Renewal was off they charged full fee on resubscription and I had to pay tax on it too. The company is not taking responsibility and not refunding my FULL AMOUNT including tax.
I just want to know if a customer has an auto-renewal option off why do they initiate a payment? It's not my fault that tax and subscription fee is deducted from my account. I NEED MY FULL PAYMENT BACK!
Absolutely appalling company, unable to migrate my website. I keep having massive issue like Too Many Redirects and had to keep pointing the Nameservers back to my old hosting which I had to extend to keep my website running. Every time you have an issue, theres a new agent dealing with it, its just a mess. It's been 3 months and they're declining my refund even though they're incompetent to move a single website, and when you ask for the refund they flat out ignore the question. I was with A2 for 8 years but the problems I have with Hostinger the past 3 months are unreal. If you respect your websites, look for another company.

Overall experience good but need to improve you customer support process, there must be one telephonic support as well as reply of mail regarding any site issue should be on priority basis within stipulated time.

You guys are doing a great job with providing hosting services at lowest cost and keeping the serving going 24/7. Although I had some troubles with browser error 500 when I added two more websites to the hosting, I guess you get what you pay for. Fair enough I am satisfied with Hostinger and believe that there will be no compromise on the standard in future.
Just half a year I started to write my own blog and found out about this hosting. Never thought that creating a website can scare me but it was crazy... I selected one of the cheapest hosting providers Hostinger not only because of the low price but also because of the reviews... and the experience was even better than I expected.
The support helped me in every step and not only with hosting related problems. What is best - they gave me moral support too, provided articles how to create a Wordpress website and were with me when I needed them.
I wish that all the companies would have support as good as Hostinger has - fast and empathetic. It would make world a better place for customers!

My business shared hosting plan used to perform better in beginning. I feel cheated that it is now under performing and my SEO is compromised because of server issues. Just another hosting company wanting customers to upgrade. Unfortunate

Very easy to set up and easy to upgrade hosting plan. Easy to navigate and understand what each options do even for beginner like me.
The only problem I had was when Hostinger upgraded their server in Singapore(which where I selected my server location). Other than that, its perfect. Never been down since. Uptime since 2021.

There was ways great support provided by hostinger. The servers were also most of the stable. Only some times the servers make me awkward showing sudden errors and faults in usage meter. Other than that Hostinger provides a very good hosting service.

Answer: It is generally not recommended to use hosting space for mail servers. Lot of hassles to manage and maintain a mail server and to keep it white listed. The most important issue is that it binds you to one provider forever, less features as compared to gmail or microsoft. You should reconsider mail hosting at hosting providers.
