They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

My first ever online review!
I have and will continue my unequivocal and strong recommendation of Tonya for residential real estate agency. Over many years I have not had a single "good real estate experience" but my son recommended Tonya. In short she is very knowledgeable of market, sales and listings; equitable and focused on getting the deal done; incredibly timely and responsive... which is essential in the current "hot market"; and provided reliable and effective council in all phases... offers and purchase, while under contract through and to include final walk through. Contact her and assess yourself!

Good Real Estate Agent Tool
November 9, 2022

Homesnap provides realtors with a website, decent exposure and is well designed but it is expensive to use it to its best potential. If all services weren't separate and charged that way it would be better. Their outward facing website is pretty but unfortunately has not been able to gain the traction and visibility of Zillow or Redfin. I wish they offered a couple free months on some of their extra paid services, because they don't it limits a realtor's ability to gauge whether it's worth the money? Offering a free month on a 12 month obligation does nothing to quell concerns, however a couple free months prior to having to pay to determine if it does what it says would be much more likely to get users. In conclusion it's a good tool but they need to improve how it's presented to lower fear level.

Total BS company. Do not use them. No leads! They do nothing to provide leads, if any they are out dated or rentals. Trying to cancel is a joke. Read Better Business Bureau!
They will keep charging your credit card, you will have to dispute charges with your credit card company to get refund.

Predatory!
February 22, 2023

Run AWAY! I signed up for an ad for around $400 and they charged my credit card over $2000! They said I signed up for a subscription! I tried to call and cancel. They hardly answer. NEVER refunded anything and I had to pay. They kept charging my credit card changing their name for example. Adding an* or capital H. Etc.
PREDATORY to say the least!

If I could give a negative star I would. I paid Homesnap over $14,000 to generate leads for our Real Estate Firm. Had quarterly meetings with them to address my concerns. They listened but never did anything to resolve the issue. 99.9% of the leads they have sent me were 2 to 8 hours away. I received leads for other states where I'm not licensed to sell real estate, but I DO NOT get leads in my market area. If you want leads for other states, Homesnap is for you! If you want leads in your market area, find something else. Complete waste of Money!

This company is very dishonest. Do yourself a favor, and never have anything to do with them. I'm trying to cancel a subscription they say I have (which I don't believe I do), and you can never reach them. First, it's almost impossible to find out how to cancel; second, when you call them to cancel, they never answer the call; and third, they don't have a message service. They have a recording that says no one is available, and they hang up.

By far the worst advertising site. They Rely on reviews and allow anyone and everyone to review, even though service was not rendered they do not provide customer service nor do they provide you with advertisement but they do take your money!

Fraudsters
December 6, 2021

I get "free" Homesnap through my association. I purchased an ad for one of my listings in September. They continue to charge me each month on my credit card. First it was $159 in October, I called and had that refunded. Then in November got charged again. I called them and had the charge reversed. Now this month there is a $599 charge on my card. I had to cancel my credit card. I have repeatedly called the company and sit on hold. Never can get a hold of anyone. I have emailed support. Nothing. Seems to be more of a scam then a professional company to me. When I did purchase an ad, I did get leads but they led to nothing. I regret ever purchasing an ad from this company. It is a real hassle trying to get refunded for something I did not order.
