First move went ok, except I was charged for travel time to the job. Second move was a disaster. Every piece of wood furniture I had was damaged, the biggest piece costing $525 for repair. They were late, nothing was covered and nothing was secured in the truck. I tried to contact multiple times via phone & email with no reply from the owner
Did an excellent job on my move! Jeff & Adam were very professional, arrived on time, & took extra care of my items! Was a difficult move to them as they were short staffed. They stayed late totaling 9 hours on my move! They also moved 3 other peoples homes that I know.
They broke the dining room table glass during a local move on 6/29/19. After speaking to Mike on the phone, he agreed that he would replace the glass, so we paid full price ($1350 + $400 tip for 5 men). They took the broken glass with them so they could replace it with something comparable.
They strung us along for months. Finally, Anthony took over, but the last I heard from him was a text on 11/8/19 that read, "Hello ma'am we haven't forgotten about you."
They have not returned a text or phone call since then. Somehow, I never get the answering machine when I call. It just rings and rings.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Did an amazing job of cleaning up and doing some general labor. Definitely will hire them again!
