They charged Higher rates than other Merchant! Because of their promise that, they will deliver earlier or on time I hired them! But they delayed the delivery time 3/4 days and no maintained any communication also showed false statement!
My son booked a shipment of his Cadillac from Buffalo, NY to Las Vegas, NV. Now this is a review not of the moving of the vehicle but of my dealings with the company. Unfortunately, due to Covid, there were no available drivers. Now I am writing this because I recently experienced a nightmare with a moving company. Haulmatch is the complete opposite of that experience. There was no hassle in cancelling the order, or having the funds refunded. The person I spoke with apologized for not having a driver available, returned every phone call of mine within 5 minutes. I am rating them a 5 due to their responsiveness and professionalism. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Filled out vehicle info. Got a call from George the dispatcher told him want to get car picked up in Roswell Atlanta on Monday. Monday morning got a text the pickup would be at 11. I text my freind that car hauler will be in Atlanta at 11. George texted me picture of Hauling rig and driver name. George confirmed at 10 30 the driver will be their at 11. Met the hauler he loaded car. After car loaded got a email confirming.
1 Hour after car pickup, got a text from George what time was earliest to me driver. I texted 7 a. M in Ormond Beach Fl. Met driver at 7. It was a 2 minute drop off.
This was the first car I have ever shipped and it's unbelievably easy. I usually do the flight get vehicle drive home. No more this is the way to go.
