As a menopausal woman I was losing my hair like crazy. Once I started taking this MSM within a week my hair stopped falling out. I have been using it for years. Two different times I ran out and decided to see what would happen. Within three weeks of not taking this produce my hair would start falling out again. My hair was falling out and within two weeks of taking the MSM powder in my coffee each day there was a big difference. I had a large amount on my comb after washing my hair to just a few strands of hair. I don't know how to explain it but my texture is much better too.
