I had ordered an inflatable item. It stopped working out of nowhere! I contacted customer service they said because I was out of the refund/exchange period, that they could do nothing. This is an item you have to plug into an outlet in order for it to work. It's obvious this item was defective reason why it just stopped working.
Wish I could give a zero out of 5! Paid extra for express 2 business day shipping and it didn't come the day I chose. Contacted customer service and said they would refund me the shipping cost and it would be there the next day. Received my package and it was missing a costume. Contacted customer service again and was told that it was broken into two separate shipments for some reason. Told me it would be in Friday or Saturday and if not would refund me since I would miss an event. Well surprise once again didn't come. Contact fedex. The idiots never set it up to be delivered. So Contact the customer service again told them it didn't come and what fedex said. Refused to refund me for costume and were extremely rude this time! So we had to hurry and rush to a different town to pick it up because it wasn't set up for delivery which I was never told or set up for a freaking pick-up! So if you want to order from a place that goes back on their word and full of excuses have fun! Never refunded me for the extra shipping cost I paid for as well! 😡🤬 place is a joke for sure!
Absolutely terrible! These guys are scammers. I ordered a costume and paid over $100 with priority shipping to have it delivered on time for an event - it NEVER arrived! I tried calling their customer service line, waited over 40 minutes, and then the line just disconnected. I also tried using the chat on their website, sent emails, and sent them a DM on social media but never received any response. I honestly never write reviews but this experience was so bad I felt the need to warn other people so they don't have to go through this.
My package was delivered to wrong address and they refuse to contact fed ex even though fed ex requires merchant to contact. They said their website clearly states they aren't responsible and package isn't insured- what a scam!

I waited over 6 weeks for them to process my refund and only after chasing them multiple times could they be bothered to actually refund my money. The nail in the coffin for this company was the extremely sarcastic responses I got from their customer services team when asking where my refund was. It made my blood boil. I hate this company with a passionate vengeance and would strongly advise anyone to just pay the extra fiver and buy it from a real company that cares about their customers. These guys belong in fancy dress, they are a bunch of clowns.

I was searching for a specific costume and came across this website. They had the cutest and different costumes. The costume i got is great quality and most importantly, my toddler loved it and was comfortable in it all day. The site is easy to navigate and their shipping was quick!

RUN from this company! They sold me a defective item that was immediately returned. They "claim" they've tried to refund my card but CHASE bank keeps blocking their attempts. CHASE bank had stated this is not a business practice to block any attempts on refunds especially on the same account the item was used to purchase. I'm filing a civil suit and a theft report with the local police. They now have my money $553.17 and my item and state they do not care! Customer service has REFUSED A STORE CREDIT. REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT ITEM. REFUSED TO SEND A REFUND CHECK. REFUSED TO REFUND ANOTHER CARD. They do not care about their customers! I ordered an XL adult costume for work party. What arrived was a youth XL (size 16). I called and got the return policy and was provided with a packing label and shipping label. I am now a month past when it was shipped back and no refund. I have called twice and emailed twice. Total sham.

The costumes arrived very fast to Israel (1 week!). Costume are unique and with high quality.
Also, customer services is great! They have online chat and are very responsive. I got one of the costumes with a shirt too small for my child. They checked and indeed it is small. They offered replacement or refund.

I have ordered from HalloweenCostumes.com for several years now. Costumes are of good quality and stand up to hosting a full dinner party for 25 people each year. I host two costume parties per year and always need good ideas for plus size costumes, and they have a good variety of those. Did need to return a couple due to sizing issues (suggest sizing up for comfort!) and had no problem reaching someone and getting credit to order a replacement size while I returned the first. Will return for more party needs in the future!

This company has a very, very rude customer service department and apparently an even worse shipping department. They initially sent the wrong product which resulted in me getting my costume late. Then they charged my bank account for both items and claimed they double shipped the item. I'm out over 350 USDs and am left with a poorly made costume that I wore for a couple of hours. I'm returning the costume. Will follow-up. This not only wasted my money, it has wasted my time as it is nearly Christmas and I am still dealing with a Halloween costume. The company is not concerned with customer satisfaction and their representatives are rude and unapologetic. I regret my decision to shop here. I don't know what Fun CO and the Fallenstien family set out to do, but I doubt their core mission is being honored.

This place messed up my costume order and sent the incorrect costume in October 2023. When they finally sent me the corrected order, I sent the incorrect order I received back. This month I was harassed by emails for 3 days by Jeanette W. These customer service reps need proper training. I asked multiple times for her to stop emailing me and so what she had to do. I finally had to be rude and block her. Please do not shop here.

Ordered a costume in October and was sent something not even close to what I ordered. Called and they sent the actual order. They sent a return label and requested the original back. This is against the Federal Trade Commission, I'm not required to return product that was sent to me in error nor can I be charged for it. Well December rolls around and not only did they charge me, they charged me an amount much higher than my original charge without providing any receipt etc. Customer Service refuses to reverse the charge. Would not recommend.
They sent me a completely wrong item and refused to get us a new onw for the date we need it for, regardless of any pushing we tried. DO NOT order from them!

Answer: Hi Monique, I've had this same problem having them ship to Australia, turns out that the 'FedEx' tracking number they've given us is in the confirmation email is actually a UPS tracking number. Hope that helps!
