You cannot trust Greatnonprofits for any reviews on that site. Creating accounts is simple and unrestricted, so anyone with a serious grudge against a non-profit can wreak havoc with their ratings and the non-profit has no recourse.
You simply cannot trust this site for honest reviews of companies, and I would be extremely hesitant to donate to a non-profit through their site.
Also, I have attempted to write 4 reviews about their service, and they have rejected them all. I keep trying to see what is "against their standards" with no luck. My review is VERY similar to others from 10 years ago, yet they keep rejecting it.
Do not use!

My husband of 60 years began to have personality changes and dementia symptoms that were disconcerting and annoying. I tried talking to my family but they didn't want to hear it. I felt discouraged and alone. Then I heard about Memory Matters and signed up myself and husband. I was amazed to meet so many others in the same situation. The information I received was so helpful and professional. I feel I can navigate this journey now with the resources I have learned through this wonderful program and recommend it to others.
greatnonprofits.org was recommended by a magazine if you want to check out a charity before you donate to them. I was pretty underwhelmed by this site.
Once you put in the name of your charity/non-profit there is some basic info provided. The majority of the infor is comments via bulletin board posts made by anyone. You are asked to say if you are a volunteer, board member, chair person, etc. Well sorry, I can say anything I want about a charity but that doesn't make it true.
I recommend givewell.org instead as it provides facts and sources for its info.
I really like to said thank you so much for the work are you doing helping the family and the kids, I don't have word to express my gratitude.
