Goldgenie were given £16,000.00 to add a diamond onto a 24k gold piece that was ordered at a cost of £10,000.00 & so £26,000.00 in total.
We did not get the diamond & we received excuses from Goldgenie & subsequently lost £16,000.00 & never received the money back. A complete ripoff by Goldgenie.
Steer well clear would be our advice.
After about a month or so after I placed my initial order, Marcus contacted me via text message explaining there have been some technical difficulties and was sorry for the delay. He then compensated me for the grieving that occured and assured me that the package will leave that said week and i'd recieve the product. Well it did and my father was very pleased with his gift! The quality is great and the piece itself is well done and has good attention to details. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and delivery once it got shipped out. They could use some work on the managing orders and email responses, as it took about a month from my initial order to having any human contact reach me.

They offered me a great service. I'm not the best at choosing phones and so I called them to recommend me a god phen from their store based on my budget and they were able to do that. That to me was a great service and form that day on I have been using their shop as my new step for buying phones. They have some very good prices for the gadgets too.
This is a good techshop. I wanted to get a phone for my son's birthday and i was able to get him a good phone from them. They had quite a wide selection and I was able to get the end that fit my needs and they delivered i very quick. I am glad I made the right choice and know where to get phones from now on.
This is a great place to buy all the phens you need. They have a wide selection tha I was having a hard time deciding which phone I was going to get. Then again as we all know it is your money that will determine what kind of phen you will get. There were some good discounts and then it was interesting. The overall service was good and so was the delivery time. The package arrived in good condition.

After having promised to send the $3000 iphone on Friday, I spoke to founder Laban who promised a refund withing minutes, then a man called Frank tried to say they cant refund until next week. Terrible man, terrible company run by cowboys.
This and my last purchase from your company has been a nightmare, for a premium product the service is terrible no one can ever speak to you and the only call i have had returned was when i was wantering to order the phone.
I love that they take such care in their work. The attention to detail is apparent as is their pride in craftsmanship. Their Working people are soo intelligent and Hard working man they are skilful in their work.
Im left disappointed again and everytime when I communicate with Mike or Frank Fernando Or Laban Roomes as the watch was not Swiss and not functioning properly.Im not sure hows the quality control on watches are done there, its not acceptable for a watch worth over £1248. 00.
