PNR: V3ZBNC They cancelled my mother's flight without taking my consent and are unable to give the booking back. I have reached out to the customer care, supervisor, senior supervisor and the manager from customer care who are unable to resolve it and keep on asking for 24hrs more with a commitment to callback but never received a single callback. Now I will receive the same old $#*!ty reply for the inconvenience and contact the customer care again and waste 2 more hrs on phone. STAY AWAY!

I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frankly, a sense of being completely abandoned by both your booking platform and your hotel. My urgent request to cancel my booking (under the name Shereen Lal, for this Saturday to Monday) due to the rapidly escalating war situation has been met with absolute silence and a refusal to process a refund.
Let me reiterate the gravity of the situation: a war has broken out, making travel not only impossible but genuinely unsafe. I contacted you with ample time, explaining the emergency and requesting a simple cancellation with a waiver of fees – a reasonable expectation under such extraordinary circumstances.
Instead of understanding or support, I have received nothing. No acknowledgment of my urgent plea, no attempt to reach out, and certainly no confirmation of cancellation or refund. This is despite the fact that I have been a past guest at your property and expressed my intention to rebook once the situation improves. My loyalty and the seriousness of the situation have been completely disregarded.
The lack of empathy and the sheer absence of customer service in this critical situation are appalling. GoIbibo, as the booking platform, has shown itself to be completely unresponsive to genuine emergencies. Golden Benchers Hotel, your unwillingness to address a cancellation necessitated by an international crisis speaks volumes about your concern for your guests' well-being.
To add insult to injury, my booking remains active on the app with no option for cancellation or refund, despite the impossibility and danger of travel. This is not just inconvenient; it's deeply concerning.
I strongly advise anyone considering booking through GoIbibo or staying at Golden Benchers Hotel to be aware of their complete lack of support during genuine emergencies. When safety and unforeseen global events are involved, you are apparently on your own.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and has left me with a profoundly negative impression of both GoIbibo and Golden Benchers Hotel. I will be taking this further and strongly recommend others to consider platforms and accommodations that prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers, especially during times of crisis.

Absolutely ridiculous! This site has repeatedly failed its customers. Multiple times, I've booked tickets well in advance at a reasonable price, only to have them canceled a week before departure due to so-called "operational reasons." While they issue a refund, it forces customers to rebook at exorbitantly high last-minute prices.
If you cancel a bus, the bare minimum you should do is either arrange an alternative ticket for us or compensate us with the actual amount required to rebook—usually double the original price!
Once or twice could be excused as an operational hiccup, but this has happened multiple times. It seems like a deliberate strategy to squeeze more money from your customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received while trying to resolve my refund issue. Despite repeatedly sharing the required documents, I have received no proper support or updates. Instead, I've been met with what feels like automated responses from your agent, Shreyansh Shreyansh, who consistently repeats the same message without addressing my concerns. It seems that he is either unable to open the documents I've provided or simply refuses to acknowledge them, which has been incredibly frustrating.
Moreover, I have not been given any direct contact number to escalate the matter, and I have now spent an unreasonable amount of time following up on this issue. After being a loyal user of your platform, this level of service is not only disappointing but unacceptable.
I strongly urge the concerned team to take immediate action regarding this matter and provide me with a timely resolution. The delay and lack of communication have been aggravating, and I expect better from your service.

These guys don't have any proper number to contact and don't respond to any call, I am not able to cancle my flight booking
They have installed AI to their system I was booking for the flight 15 Feb and returning on 17 Feb and after payment the flight changes to 17th March and 15 March bigger scam and the flight was non cancellable I am going to file a case against this company I am the owner of Anurag tour and Travels Private Limited.
Secured my travel under 2x policy but I wasn't aware that it's a total fraud. My trip was cancelled when I was on the way of railway station. I took a flight as I was having bookings for my 7-day trip. My trip costs 3500 but they refunded only 2700 instead of double amount. They gave me a voucher of 2700 with 7 days validity. How can I travel if I'm already out of town with this coupon. I raised an issue regarding same but no solution from their side. Never use Goibibo. They're fraud.

I had done the booking at Savera Inn hotel Bhopal on 9-Dec-23 via GoIbibo paying full in advance for my stay from 17-Dec to 20-Dec. After booking called the hotel on their provided no *******906, where Mr. Pankaj confirmed the booking. Then on 16-Dec 9:49 AM, received called from *******233 (Mr. Dheeraj). He SAID that there is renovation going on in his hotel, and thus I MUST CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. He said that he has been TRYING TO REACH OUT TO GOIBIBO for 2 days to inform them, but nobody is reachable. He further said he is not responsible for the inconvenience caused to me or for the fact that I may not get any hotel booking at last moment, since I am GoIbibo's customer, not his! Subsequently I tried reaching out to GoIbibo, but they do not have any helpline. Their number *******0407 and *******5107 is USELESS and BOGUS. Equally useless is their WhatsApp support. Basically there is no way to reach out to GoIbibo as well, and Customer is left in lurch by both GoIbibo and the Hotel Savera Inn.

I booked a luxury room in a 4-star hotel through Goibibo for my trip. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they denied me the stay and said that there was no room available. Goibibo offered me a compensation of a lower-tier hotel, but it was not an option for me because I had already booked my travel and other arrangements based on the original hotel booking.
I contacted Goibibo customer support, but they were not helpful. They said that they could not do anything about the hotel's decision and that I would have to take it up with the hotel directly.
I tried to contact the hotel, but they were not responsive. I ended up staying in a one-star hotel that was much worse than the one I had booked through Goibibo.
This experience was very frustrating and ruined my trip. I would not recommend Goibibo to anyone.
I also find it unfair that customers are charged for cancellation fees, but hotels are not charged for denying stays. This puts the customer at a disadvantage and makes it difficult to get a refund or compensation when things go wrong."

I made a booking on goibibo.com on 02 Aug'23 and i cancelled it on the same day within 30 mins. Your company agent yash and bhaskar tried to make the profit out of it. They told me that there will be airline cancellation fee, non refundable taxes and goibibo and make my trip charges. Though, I know that there are no airline cancellation fees if the booking is getting cancelled on the same. Hence there should not be any other charges or deduction if the booking is cancelled on the same day.
I was told by Bhaskar that there will be a service fee of 354/- per pax per segment e.g. 354 X 4 = 1416/- i was ok with that because i sense that goibibo will not give my money without deducting some charges.
Hence, I agreed to deduct 1416/- however when i got the refund there is a deduction of 5610/- which clis completely unacceptable. This is not what i agreed to deduct.
