I'm pleased to post that Glamour Mutt came to the rescue when my exchanged item did not make it to the supplier because it was lost in the mail. Elle called personally to apologize and assure me she was working on the issue. She contacted Susan Lanci and had a new harness expedited the next day. I learned Glamour Mutt is a small business that cares about its customers--it's refreshing that these businesses are still around, and I'd recommend Glamour Mutt for your pup's fashion needs!
Unless you are certain you will not need to exchange an item, steer clear of this seller.
I ordered 3 Susan Lanci harnesses and 2 leashes. I had to exchange one because it didn't fit, and Glamour Mutt made me send it directly TO THEIR SUPPLIER. A month later I had heard nothing (because they probably don't follow up with the supplier) so I emailed again. Glamour Mutt told me the supplier said they never received it. I did not have the tracking number, so I am now stuck with no harness and am out the money I spent because of a ridiculous exchange process.
I am accustomed to being provided a label with a tracking number when exchanging merchandise, and working directly with the company from whom I purchased the item, not with their supplier. Furthermore, when I have experienced issues with lost packages from other companies they assume the best of the consumer and send a replacement item.
I love spoiling my glamour pup with their great products! Love all the Louis Dog beds, Susan Lanci bows, leashes & collars, and Chewy Vuitton toys! Great stuff, no problems with transactions.
