I called George Brazil on a Sunday morning to unclog my kitchen sink. They said they would be there Monday. OK. Two hours later they called me and said they could actually be there the same day, (Sunday). Great! Two hours later they wanted to tell me that I was next in line, they wanted to touch base with me. OK. Two hours after that they called again and this time said they could not come, (Sunday), nor Monday, they could see me Tuesday. REALLY!
My whole Sunday was wasted waiting on them! Called Roto-Rooter, they came within three hours, quoted me a price, no charge if I didn't like the quote and they were done in 45 minutes! Thank you Roto-Rooter, George Brazil can learn something from them!

I write reviews all the times. I feel very good for a change to write a review for this great company. As we all know A/C problems usually happen during the months of summer. So, it was no surprise to me when my water decided to quit on me right in the middle of winter. I called customer support at George Brazil and have a service call scheduled. Within a few hours, I received text message with the technician ETA and his BIO. I was impressed. The tech got to my house and literally checks the pilot light which was causing my water heater not coming. He also presented me with all other options available to me as it relates to repairing or replacing my unit. And then, the tech did not even charge me a single penny. I had my credit card ready to pay the company. I must tell you that I don't know too many companies who would have dispatched their techs without charging or making up something to charge customers. This is so rare in the crazy world of business. I would definitely call George Brazil for any plumbing issues, A/C issues etc. In fact, I will call George Brazil to them replaced my water heater. This company and their highly skilled and professional technician are above. Integrity matters. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service, efficiency, honesty and integrity.

Wanted to get a simple light fixture at my front door changed there's an existing one there I bought a new one very simple job was told the coupon is not for a light fixture change that it's just a proposal fee and I'm like oh you got to be kidding me what is the light fixture change oh we can't tell you that until we come out and look at the job so I can only imagine that you know the price would have been you know four times as much so I will shop somewhere else I don't like coupons that mislead people like this one did
