I purchased a Fitness Technologies MP3 player (UWaterG4) from this site and after only a few uses, one of the earphones stopped working. I tried to reach them to either return or replace (or just get some advise on how to fix) but no one ever got back to me. The website states that someone will reply back via email within 24 hours, but that is an absolute lie! Buyer beware, find another site to shop at!

No service exists and, it appears, they don't care.
Buy elsewhere.

Got the swim Ipod and enjoy it every day. Great service as well - they explained how to use iTunes to convert songs to MP3 format and upload on the unit., Company also carry a large selection of earphones and ear buds.

I ordered a UWaterG2 submersible mp3 pleer (Fitness Technologies Inc.) on their site. They stole money and run. The order has not being delivered for 3 months. They left all my inquires about the order unanswered. Stay away!

These people sell faulty products and do not honor their warranty information. They will give you the run around for months. Stay away!
