We purchased a 1kw fiber laser from FSL and after less than a month of use and under 10 hours of actual cutting, the voltage regulator supplied by Full Spectrum went out. Full Spectrum is refusing to replace our defective unit, even though we have 1 year of their premium warranty. They refuse to let us even purchase another voltage regulator with our own money, just so we can get our machine back online and orders sent out. They are saying it will be months before our machine is back up and running.
