I cannot imagine what my Achilles and I would have done without the University Foot and Ankle Institute. Three other doctors told me I needed surgery, which I did not want. They said that regenerative medicine, in this case, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) would be the best approach, though it might take up to three treatments.
