If you happen to be a twenty-something with facial hair who occasionally wears hoodies, enter at your own peril. I recently made the mistake of wearing a hooded sweatshirt into this store, and without explanation, was patted down and forcibly removed to be questioned by two GVPD officers. This was ostensibly done on suspicion of shoplifting, despite it being definitively proven that I had nothing on my person except what I brought into the store, and that the only crime committed was a specific choice of attire. After patronizing this store repeatedly for over a decade, having bought multiple instruments, amplifiers, and other pieces of equipment, I am obviously appalled by this complete lack of customer appreciation and basic human courtesy. I warn any prospective customers that you will be patronizing a callous, paranoid fascist with egregious customer service shortcomings.
