Receiving - Fast delivery and contact from the delivery driver was a bonus. I had incorrect parts with my Everfit Treadmill so couldn't assemble but the customer service team have been great at working through the issue with the warehouse and keeping in contact with me for updates on the replacement parts.

Delivery i had no idea it was getting delivered yesterday as the online tracking wasn't working.
Product was alot more flimsy than I thought it would be rocks side to side while in use
I brought my pole before there was stock and was told it would be in by mid August, it arrived earlier than expected!
It was easy to assemble (you tube demo helps) great Pole thank you
