I ordered a simple resistance band with handle on May 4. The website indicated that delivery would be within 14 days. After a few weeks, I still hadn't received the band so wrote to the company. They said that I would be getting it soon. I have continued to correspond with them since then and gotten the same answer. It has now been over 6 weeks. I have asked to cancel the order, had my credit card company dispute the charge and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And still they say I will be getting the item soon. I would give zero stars if I could. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.

I purchased a Treadmill W-863 on 30th June, 2021. From the time it was purchased, the Panel was Faulty & after a lot of calls & complaints they changed the panel. Even though panel wasn't working accurately. Again problem was reported & they changed the panel again. Still treadmill is showing Wrong Distance & Speed. This Machine is showing very less distance than of actual. I wrote Fitking Serval times for the same problem but i haven't got any resolution. They asked me to contact the dealer from where I purchased the Treadmill. Dealer told that there is problem in machine but didn't gave further assistance. When i contacted Fitking again they came up with the excuse - There is problem in your electrical line. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
