Findlay Hats

I've been a continuous customer for well over a year now. I have had collabs made with Findlay for my own recording studio and I've never been dissatisfied.

The customer service is absolutely amazing, any issues with anything and they get it taken care of immediately. They do limited drops every Friday and I'm an avid collector. I have about 70 Findlay hats and I'm slowly building on that number

This afternoon I had my first personal shopping experience. It was the best! I always catch the Friday drops but sometimes the theme just isn't my style and it was great to see what is actually in the shop. I got a pic of the wall before the call so I could have a heads up of what i wanted to look at and we started our call right on time. My shopper was friendly, excited, and walked me through the shop, no pressure to get anything and answered all my questions. I got 2 hats and some new laces and I can't wait for them to arrive! I was worried that they might not be anything that I liked, but you know even if this time there wasn't, for $5, it's a great chance to find something different when you live far away from the shop.

Findlay hats are so comfortable and they have an endless supply of colors and styles. They have great customer service and stand behind their 100% guarantee. I haven't worn my other non-Findlay hats in years.

So I ordered 2 mystery boxes on the 7th of last month and was told it would take 10-12 business days to make and then ship. After 14 days I emailed them back and was told it would be 4 more days until it's was ready. So I waited 6 days and again saw no movement on shipment and emailed again. Then I was told "hey our shirts had a delay so it might be 12 more days" I replied "it's all good I love your products so I'll wait". 12 days later site still has it waiting on production, well now it's March and they have emailed again today saying "Hey we are very busy and can't get your stuff out again it's gonna be another 12 days." Seems like they are pocketing peoples money and running and don't care about their customers.

Never had an issue with this company. The customer service goes above and beyond, and I love their hats. I get compliments at work all the time. I buy so many it's turned into a collection.

Unheard of customer service and dope designs! Lifetime warranty on all the hats. All round perfect experience couldn't ask for anything more! They work so hard for the force :)

So I have well over 100+ Findlays and let me tell you, the admins to the Facebook group… GARBAGE. Community worse. Toxic as $#*!. Only good thing about Findlay is probably the hat makers and fixers.

The Lead of CS is a $#*!ing political clown. The owner himself has a ego the size of Uranus.

It's a joke How side choosing this business is but that's the call they choose.

I'll always support the hats. But the owner sadly… and fb groups are well… garbage.

This company like to take its hick ups and bullied people and make jokes on them to then make hats and profit off it it. It's really $#*!ty to see a company make gains on someone else's $#*!ty situation.

This company does a great job pretending to give a $#*! about the "good times" you'll have.

Fantastic hats fantastic designs. Probably 4 employees that truly care.

Danny is bar NONE the best in there shop. If you get him I guarantee great service.

Ethan could have a better mood on some lives but I get it.

Had a great live shopper. Would definitely do other again. Love the hat selection and such great surprises.

Did their virtual shopping experience and thought it was great! Love that they allow you to experience their store even if you don't live close by.

I'm here for the hats, not Facebook groups or stuff.
Findlay has a great product, a great CS and even better owner.
